M&L for dismantling and removal of the existing defective expansion valve and supply, installation, commissioning & testing of OEM-Compatible Thermal or Electronic Expansion Valve suitable for a Package Air-Conditioning unit complete all as specified and as directed. Makes : Danfoss / Sporlan / Emerson The work includes : (i) Removal of the old expansion valve from the refrigerant line. (ii) Supply and installation of new expansion valve compatible with the unit’s refrigerant type (R-407C / R-410A / R-134a). (iii) Proper connection of capillary or sensing bulb (for thermal expansion valve) and torque-tight fitting on the liquid line. (iv) Leak testing, vacuum evacuation and nitrogen purging of the refrigeration circuit. (v) Refilling of refrigerant and oil top-up if required as per OEM specifications. (vi) Functional testing of the system to ensure correct superheat, subcooling, and stable cooling operation. (vii) All work shall be performed by qualified HVAC technicians following OEM standards and safety procedures.

Supply and Installation of Interconnecting Refrigerant Piping of various sizes as required for the full functionality of the VRF system including refnet joints etc. complete in all respects duly insulated with closed cell nitrile rubber class 'O' as per specifications of the manufacturer. the contractor shall submit a detailed drawing approved by the manufacturer showing the piping sizes & layout to be followed at the site with the tender document. the contractor shall also get the drawings showing outdoor units in connection with indoor units approved from the department in original from and then the head office of the manufacturer with a certificate stating that the piping layout is as per company specifications for full functioning of the VRF system. all piping shall be run in cable trays in interior and for exterior there shall be a cable tray both at the bottom and the top. all support system required for the installation of cable trays in interior or exterior shall be in the scope of the HVAC contarctor and nothing extra shall be paid for it. All HVAC piping , drainage and Cabling etc shall run at a height of 6 inches below RCC slab or as per site requirment on continuous cable tray of appropriate sizes. all beams shall be core cut to allow for passage of pipes etc & filled back with expanded polyurethene foam or any cement or plaster. rates quoted are inclusive of core cutting etc complate in all all respects including painting in desired colour. on exterior side the cable tray shall be mounted on top & bottom side for added protection. Flexible Duct Connection Providing, supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning of fire-retardant, non-porous, double-layer flexible duct connections between each fan unit and rigid ductwork, complete in all respects, as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Scope of Work: Supply and installation of double-layer flexible duct connectors made of fire-retardant, non-porous material suitable for HVAC applications. Flexible connections to be provided between fans / AHUs / indoor units and G.I. ducting to absorb vibration, reduce noise transmission, and accommodate minor misalignments. Proper fixing using clamps, bands, flanges, and fasteners to ensure airtight and secure joints. Flexible connectors to be of adequate length and diameter as per system design and manufacturer recommendations. Testing & Commissioning: Inspection and testing of flexible connections to ensure airtightness, correct alignment, and vibration isolation. Final commissioning as part of the complete air distribution system. Standards & Compliance: Materials to comply with fire safety norms, relevant IS standards, and manufacturer specifications. Installation to be executed neatly, safely, and in coordination with ducting and HVAC equipment. Completion: The item includes all materials, labour, tools, fittings, testing, commissioning, and making good of disturbed surfaces, complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Validation & documentation charges The Validation and documentation charges shall cover the comprehensive testing, certification, and record preparation for the entire modular OT setup.
