Brazing/Welding of Fan Coil Unit (FCU) radiators to repair leakages, damaged joints, or cracks, ensuring proper sealing and restoration of the radiator's functionality. The work includes cleaning of the affected area, preparation of joints, brazing or welding with suitable filler material, and pressure testing to ensure leak-proof performance. All necessary tools, gas, consumables, and labour shall be included. The work shall be executed as per standard HVAC practices and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & Installation of Extra Add-on Items HVAC grade 5/8"(for suction) & 1/4"(for discharge) copper refrigerant pipe with 9mm thick nitrile rubber insulation including shaddle, screws, insulation tape, fasner etc for above AC machines as per direction of EIC.

M&L for cleaning inside surface of Air supply return/exhaust ducts all grills, dampers & diffusers of HVAC system by using high power vacuum air compressor, robotic camera air hammer, special nozzle, air sweep with other required accessories giving/showing inspection of dust before and after cleaning of duct upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (A) The contractor is responsible for any damage/breakage caused at the time of cleaning and the contractor will repair/replace the same without any extra cost to the Govt. (B) The mesurement of cleaning of Duct shall be mesured as per the room area the duct is feeding.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of Central Control Room infrastructure comprising LED display panel of minimum 55-inch size, Full HD / 4K resolution, minimum brightness 500 nits, with wall mounting bracket; data server system comprising minimum one primary server and one standby server, each with minimum 12-core processor, 64 GB RAM, minimum 2 TB usable storage through SSD + HDD in RAID configuration, redundant power supply units and dual Ethernet ports; operator workstations comprising minimum two desktop computers, each with minimum 8-core processor, 16 GB RAM, minimum 1 TB SSD storage, licensed operating system, dual monitors of minimum 24-inch size each, keyboard and mouse; networking system comprising managed Gigabit Ethernet switches, industrial-grade router with firewall, Cat-6 structured cabling, patch panels and 19-inch network rack. Online UPS system of minimum 10 kVA capacity with external battery bank providing minimum 4 hours backup at full IT load, including static bypass switch, maintenance bypass, surge protection device and battery racks; HVAC system comprising precision or split air-conditioning units of minimum total cooling capacity 2 TR, capable of maintaining room temperature at 22 ± 2 °C under continuous operation; control room fixtures comprising operator console tables, server racks (minimum 42U), equipment racks, cable management trays, electrical distribution boards, power sockets and earthing arrangement, include electrical power connection from incoming supply point, internal power wiring, control wiring, data cabling, earthing and lighting arrangements comprising LED light fittings with switches, conduits and accessories. Complete with all accessories, installation, testing and commissioning, minimum 2-year warranty and provision for comprehensive maintenance support up to 5 years, supporting operation and visualization of SCADA software and PLC systems for real-time monitoring and alarms, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge; the item rate shall include all ancillary works, QA/QC requirements, laboratory and third-party inspection/testing charges. Rates are exclusive of GST but inclusive of all other taxes, duties, levies and royalties

Supplying, installing and commissioning complete HVAC system including AHUs, VRV/VRF units, outdoor and indoor units, ducting with GI/Aluminium sheets, thermal and acoustic insulation, air distribution system with grills/diffusers/dampers, refrigerant piping, drain piping, structural supports and hangers, vibration isolators, motorized/manual control dampers, BMS/controls/instrumentation, testing and balancing, charging of refrigerant, electrical interconnections, earthing and all accessories as required, complete with all materials, labour, tools and consumables to make the system fully operational, including testing, commissioning and handing over as per approved drawings, standards and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
