M&L for applying two component, cold(brush/roller) applied, UV resistant hybrid Polyurethane waterproof coating on existing roof screed/plaster surface including equipments and supervision charges in following step by (i) Roof substrate must be pressure-washed with water with, a minimum working pressure of 1,400 psi is to be used to remove all dirt, dust, chalking and waste products, complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Inspect for cracks over roof screed, roof wall junction, water drain inlets/outlets if any, and clean and moisten them. Crack’s width should be wide up to 5-6 mm with mechanical cutting machine and Apply bond coat of SBR Latex in the ratio of 1:1 (URP 1: Cement 1) followed by groove should be filled with PMM by preparing Polymer modified mortar of CM 1:1 (Silica sand size ≤ 300microns) admixed with SBR Latex at a dosage of 15% of cement. (iii) Providing 300mm x 300 mm Square / rectangle upstand of M20 grade concrete or with PMM around mechanical equipment like HVAC, airconditioning, solar panels. Etc. Apply a coat of two component, cold(brush/roller) applied, UV resistant hybrid Polyurethane waterproof coating allow to cure for 3-4 hours and followed by apply two coats two component, cold(brush/roller) applied, UV resistant hybrid Polyurethane waterproof coating reinforced with 45 Gsm glass fiber mesh or geo textile without dilution in the interval of 4 -6 hrs. Apply Hybrid PU Sealant at around the junction of fabricated stand inserted and wall mounting mechanical fixtures. (iv) Providing Minimum 50mm thick angle fillet with CM of 1:3 admixed with SBR Latex at a dosage of 12-15% of Cement and a bond coat of SBR Latex mixed with Cement at a ratio of 1:1.all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for CBRI certified 16-gauge GI fire damper ( Control panel actuator, including electrical spring type actuator, remote indication of the fire damper position.) , at least of 120 minutes fire-rating, spring activated on melting of fusible link having melting point 67.13° C complete with smoke detector / thermistor, fusible link etc. and actuator as required for operation, located in the SA / RA ducts, at all fire rated cross overs (shafts, walls, etc.) along with control panel (located in such a way that the reset may easily be done), interlocked with the building management system for the fire detection or HVAC to trip / close in the event of fire / smoke in the respective zone and tested as per UL-555 complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge. The fire dampers shall meet the following criteriaon:- [i] Bare fire dampers with 400 mm sleeve [ii] Control panel actuator, including electrical spring type actuator, remote indication of the fire damper position [iii] Interconnection wire for the fire detection & alarm system with the AHU and the smoke dampers [iv] Sealing any openings around the sleeve of the fire dampers with approved fire sealant as per the specification & recommandations of the manufacturer.

Supply of HVAC dedicated VFDs of capacity 10HP with IP 55 enclosures with Mains disconnect, complying with the tender specifications and having: Built-in dual 5% impedance DC link reactor (harmonic filters) on the positive and negative rails of the DC bus of the VFD. Built-in EMC Filters (electromagnetic compatibility filters) for VFDs for restriction of conducted emissions to comply with IEC61800: 3 (unrestricted distribution):2004 Category C 3. Three-feedback PID controller having capability to simultaneously accept 3 feedback signals from temperature sensors or pressure sensors for process optimization and accordingly regulate the speed of the AHUs. Additional 3 PID controllers to control external devices such as chilled water modulating valve, fresh air damper, etc. thus reducing the number of I/Os in DDC Controllers & improving system reliability. Automatic Energy Optimization / Load dependent flux optimization functionality for maximum energy savings. MODBUS RTU as the communication protocol between BMS & VFDs. VFDs not meeting above requirements shall provide external disconnect, external harmonic filters, additional external EMC Filters to comply with IEC61800: 3 (unrestricted distribution):2004 Category C 3, external PLCs / DDCs to achieve 3 Feedback PID Controller functionality and external devices controlling capabilities. The VFD cost shall include suitable PID controller for regulating the flow of air by controlling the frequency of VFD.
