Preventive and comprehensive maintenance of Air cooled scroll chiller Plant of capacity 3x80 TR with multiple hermatic scroll compressors type Model – XAC2YS-080A through the OEM of M/S Blue Star or authorized service dealer of M/S Blue Star (As per MOU) for following plants and equipments by Checking the functioning of Chiller unit/Air Handling unit/Pumps/air cooled condensor with fans/Controls and all such equipment covered installed, including hermatic scroll compressor, fan motors, Descaling of condensers/chemical cleaning of evaporator coils/replacement of pre filters based as per requirement and Replenishing refrigerant gas R22 and compressor oil in the system as per requirement respectively, servicing/replacing and descaling of chiller plant any type of spare parts as and when required related to compressors, temperatue control sensors, pressure gauges, thermostat, cut outs, micro processor unit control modules of the plant, control boards, transducers of packaged unit, chillers/condensing unit , evaporators, expansion valves, water cooled condensers, oil cooler, oil pipings, oil filters, refrigerant pipings, refrigerant filters, solenoid and automatic control valves, AHU Control panel cleaning and washing existing qty etc for under mentioned models of Make - Blue Star, complete with the following all as specified and directed : - [a] WC R22 multiple hermatic scroll compressors, air cooled scroll chillers Model – XAC2YS-080A – 3 x 80 TR capacity. Note:- 1. The rates quoted by contractor shall be included for caliberation of temperature & relative humidity sensors of all AC plant units through OEM. The certificate of caliberation & testing of these sensors shall be issued every quarterly after physical visit of OEM representative ( 4 X times in an year) 2. The cost shall deemed to be included maintaining temperature 20*C + 5*C round the clock and relative humidity at 50% + 5%. A deduction of Rs 100/- per hour for each AHU shall be made in case of crossing the specified limits of temperature and RH. A deduction of Rs 1000/- per chiller per day shall also be duducted for unserviceability of each plant not attended/made serviceable. 3. Any part of AC chiller plant found unserviceable while preventive maintenance such as semi hermetically sealed compressor, cooling towers, controls and all such eqipments, AHU, Pumps cooling tower tec shall be measured and paid separately under subsequent respective items. However the rate quoted shall deemed to be included necessary labour cost for replacement of all items mentioned above. a] Air cooled scroll chiller type Model – XAC2YS-080A – 3 x 80 TR capacity including the operations specified. Dismantling of existing Air Handling Unit (AHU) including complete isolation and disconnection of connected supply/return ducting, refrigerant piping, drain lines, and all electrical/control cabling, dismantling of AHU assembly comprising fan section, VRV DX cooling coil, casing panels, and base frame. Also removing of Daikin VRV Control kit and expansion kit, Controller, sensors and associated electronic componenets. Item includes gas cutting of identified structural members of the fan casing / base frame for safe rigging, lifting, removal, shifting to the sports complex, complete with all tools, tackles, labor, and safety measures, as directed and to site requirements. Unloading of units from This activity should be carriedout properly as these required to be re assembled and re used for proposed areas. No extra amount shall be paid for any of the shortfalls and damages .Disconnection of power supply from the main HVAC panel and connected cabling and Unit mounted Variable frequency drive ( VFD) etc and shifting to sports complex.
