10. In case of break-down of A.C. machines, the restoration should have to be done within 12 hours from the time of intimation of break down to concern contractor. If the machine is required to be removed / shifted to Workshop for more than 6 hours, then a temporary AC machine of same capacity will have to install to cool the work place & no extra claim will be entertain for this temporary AC machine arrangement & dismantling. 11. Transportation charges for carrying A.C. machine(s) / spares parts from the site to work shop and vice versa as required will not be paid extra. 12. The philosophy of "Public Interest" would be THE MOTTO of this all-inclusive maintenance; any deviation may be viewed otherwise. 13. Any damage of parts due to negligence of technician of agency (if detected), will liable for penalty. Penalty amount is the actual cost of the same parts. 14. The contractor should have their office with Telephone number and Mobile number in Kolkata/Howrah and the same should be intimated to this Department in writing, the telephone call should be responded without delay. 15. The agency should provide photo identity cards to all the maintenance staff employees including substitute’s employee(s). Also provide dress code mentioning the name of the agency.
