Dismantling of old pump set after disconnecting from suction and delivery pipeline, decoupling with motor, removing of electric connections from motor i/c taking out old pump from existing system etc., closing of suction & delivery line with the help of suitable size dead flange.

Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer & two coat of paint all complete. Providing & fixing by making required size/length at site in pair of MS Cross Girder (ISMB) in 2 run of length of size 300 mm x 140 mm for foundation of 20 Cs and 10 Cs VT Axial/Mixed flow pump i/c supply , fixing & welding both ends of ISMB shall be grouted into wall by making arrangement of PCC block of suitable size as per weight of 20 Cs VT Axial/Mixed flow pump and shall be welded with fixing of L. bracket & nut/bolts/washers etc. into existing ISMB member (Make: TATA/ JINDAL/SAIL/VAIZAG). Providing and new installation of Girder for 20 Cs and 10 Cs VT Axial/Mixed flow pump as per site requirement including of all Civil works i.e. dismantling of old girders, re-fixing of Iron grating and wooden planks,repairing of wall etc. as per specification approved by Irrigation Deptt.
