The model shall consist of accurately scaled and detailed Coal Storage Yard, Coal Handling Plant, Boiler, Superheater, Economizer, Air Preheater, Steam Turbine, Alternator/Generator, Condenser, Cooling Tower, Chimney, Ash Handling System, Water Treatment Plant, Generator Transformer, Station Auxiliary Transformer, Switchyard, Current Transformers (CTs), Potential Transformers (PTs), Isolators, Circuit Breakers, Lightning Arresters, Busbars, Control Room Building, Transmission Line Outgoing Bay, Earthing Grid, Cable Trenches, Internal Roads, Structural Supports, Interconnections and all other associated thermal power plant equipment and structures. The work shall include 3D printing, painting, colour coding, identification labeling, fixing, detailing, demonstration arrangement, installation of all accessories, testing, commissioning and all allied works required for complete and satisfactory operation of the model, including transportation to site and installation, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

De-silting of sewer lines by providing pumping system and temporary bypass arrangements (rising mains) to maintain flow, including removal of silt, sludge and debris using mechanical equipment. The work includes stacking, site cleaning, and safe disposal within municipal limits as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m Ordinary rock( 4 X 3.3 x0.9144x0.9144)

Cutting and disposal of earth work in by mechanical in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting of to the required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All the surplus excavated earth to be dumped at dumping site(dumping sites will be arranged by the contractor on his own cost). Any loss to the public and private propriety, human being, machinery during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.
