Cutting and disposal of earth work in by mechanical in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting of to the required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All the surplus excavated earth to be dumped at approved dumping site Bharyal. Any loss to the public and private propriety, human being, machinery during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Development of Ujjain Airport, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. SH: Detailed Designing, Engineering, Procurement and Construction of New Domestic Terminal Building with parking, ATC Tower cum Technical block, Fire Station, Electrical Sub-Station, Approach Roads, Ancillary Structures, Allied Works and Associated MEP and Electro-Mechanical works, Airport System, IT System, Security System including Maintenance, Operation & AICMC works at Ujjain Airport as set forth in Schedule - A and as specified in Schedule - B together with provision of project facilities as specified in Schedule - C and in-conformity with the specifications and standards set forth in Schedule - D, including performance and fulfillment of all other obligations of the contractor and ensuring compliances to all provisions contained elsewhere in the contract and in accordance with the provisions of this tender and matters incidental there to necessary for the performance of any and all the obligations of the contractor under this tender. Scope of work shall also cover Defects Liability Period of 2 years, 10 Years for operation & routine maintenance and 8 years AICMC of E&M (MEP) Works, 3 years AICMC for IT Works, 5 years AICMC for AS Works after DLP of 2 years.

End Carriage: Fabricated from rolled steel sections / plates as per IS:2062 Raw Material: Only tested quality steel Fe 410 WB as per IS-2062, IS:1964 & IS:808 and certified for quality by reputed inspection authorities, shall be used. Number of Joints allowed: Single Joint Welding Electrodes for all Horizontal Welding: E 7018 Electrode only should be used. Welded Joint Testing: All Butt Welded Joints (both compression/ tension and flanges / web joints)shall be subjected to 100% X-Ray Testing and X-Ray Films to be produced for evaluation and form part of the completion documentation).

M&L for Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with mechanical compressor tor remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.85 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.
