Operation and maintenance of all civil works, electro-mechanical equipements relating to sewerage system of Mata Shri Chintpurni Ji which consist of sewerage treatment plant of Zone -II (2.01 MLD) capacity and sewerage net work for a period of 36 Months having existing structures like Inlet chamber, Manual screen channels, manual grit channels, extended aeration tank, settling tank, lime closing tank, sludge well, filter press house, sludge holding tank, chloirine contact tank, bleaching dozer, Administration cum MEP room, septic tank and soak pit , including Online concent Management FEE Per Plant HPPCB Sampling fee as per norms and transpotation charges.Firm should do comply the stringent effluent standards laid down by HP Pollution control board and terms and conditions as per Jal Shakti department. Also Operation and maintenance of Sewerage network with Sewer connections for three years by tracing the embedded inspection chamber/manhole by removing extra earth carefully above the cover , lifting the cover & cleaning of silt, sludge, brick bats, polythene bags, canteen waste, garbage & any kind of other material if any from choked manholes/chambers pipe line under ground level/ at all levels and dewatering with all tools & safety equipments such as buckets, rope safety belt, gas mask pump mechanical cleaning devices oxygen cylinder etc including disposal of silt, sludge, upto desired location/ dumping ground , cleaning of choked sewer lines of all dia and depths with necessary safety precautions should be taken to avoid any of the accidents & injuries to any of the workers & people around the job as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Cutting and disposal of earth work in by mechanical in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting of to the required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All the surplus excavated earth to be dumped at dumping site(dumping sites will be arranged by the contractor on his own cost). Any loss to the public and private propriety, human being, machinery during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

(B) Mechanical Works :

68 M&L with required T&P for disconnecting,dismantaling and de coupling of electrical & mechanical connection from the existing type of reduction warm gear box mechanism with having rotor driving with drum rotating attechment system and reduction warm gear box mechanism with having moving scrubber/scaping rotating trolly attachment system any type/size any model & make of reduction warm gear box mechanism system TEFC type with having working gear box serially ratio 30:1 & ratio 5:1 length type and suitable using for working and connected it gear mechanism with electric motor of rated capacity from 2HP/3HP to 15 HP attachment system and installed STP sub stations and removing of from the existing foundation/position complete, before sending for repairing/replacement of reduction warm gear mechanism, opening the all gear mechanism parts for inspection in presence of Engr's In Charge and carry out minor repairs at site in case of major repair & replacement of its parts which is not done possible at site, and after the reduction warm gear pump shall be shifted to work shop for carryout requisite related work by well qualified technician/mechanic for pertaining to mechanical side work of concerned gear mechanism system as demanded at site like opening & removing of all type of nut, bolt, 2 EACH JOB Excess(+) Full Conversion INR

Cost of operation and maintenance of STP-IIID for all Civil structures such as Raw sewage sump cum pump house, Screen channel, Grit basin, Parshall flume, Approved Biological Reactor (SBR), Sludge Thickener, Chlorine Contact, Chlorination Building, Centrifuge Building, Blower Room cum MCC Building, Administrative Building, Guard Room, Pisciculture Pond, Boundary wall, Roads & Storm Water Drainage, nternal pathways, Water supply distribution system, Sanitary sewage system, Landscaping work, Inlet Manual Coarse Screen including belt conveyor, Inlet Manual Fine Screen, Sluice Gate at inlet & outlet of Fine Screen Channel & Inlet to Grit Basin, all type of Valves, Pipes, flanges, bends, tees, fittings and any others civil reletated works and also for Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation works including engaging Plant Manager, Plant Supervisor, Shieft-in-charge, Operators, Plant Chemist, Electrician, Instrumentation and Control Technician, fitter/Mechhanic, Lab Technician, Peon, Security Guards, Gardener, Helpers for sludge handling etc. as per direction of E.I.C. Maintenance period : 12.08.2026 to 31.03.2027 = 232 Days Cost of maintenance /year (as per previous year maintenance schedule) = Rs. 30,00,000.00 Therefore, Cost of maintenance /day = Rs. 30,00,000.00 / 365 days = Rs. 8219.17 Note : Rate inclusive of all taxes.

Providing, installation and commissioning of package type Iron Removal Plant comprising of Iron Removal Filter of dual media filter with anthracite coal and sand, filter gravel,polypropelene double hexagonal nut strainer etc.,mixing chamber for coagulants like sodium alluminates etc., oxidation chamber with manganese dioxide , metering pump for coagulant dosing, air compressor of suitable capacity with motor, back washing arrangements, disinfection with sodium hypochlorite solution through metering pump, all necessary pipes for raw water collection, inter connecting all the chambers, delivery outlet of 150 mm dia along with all related civil, mechanical and Electrical works etc. complete as per Approved drawing, process flow, technical specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge. 5000 GPH Capacity
