Improvement of water supply by way of providing/fitting, Fabrication and installation M.S. Pipe 150mm dia x 18 mtrs approx. in length for unit No.8 & 9 HC pumpset in place of existing worn out/damaged suction lines along with allied works at pumping station Dhounthly. The Job involves dismantling of worn out/damaged suction lines installed inside the sump tank with the help of gas cutter, after dismantling worn out/damaged suction line the job involves extraction of dismantled suction lines of units No. 8 and 9 from the sump tank with the help of proper tool, tackles and manual labour. Job also involves providing, fabrication and fitting of M.S. suction Pipes 150mm dia of suitable length as per site requirement with the help of an arc electric welding/ gas cutting. The job further involves fitting of suction lines with suction side of both the pumps, providing and fitting of 04 Nos. long bends and flanges on both the suction lines. Complete job including cost of material i.e. nuts, bolts, packing of foot valve leak proof, welding/ gas cutting sets to and fro charges, skilled/unskilled labour and unforeseen charges etc.

Labour Contract For Wil Boiler Id Duct From Boiler To Chimney Damaged Portion Renewal Work 1.Dismantling and removing of damaged WIL Boiler ID duct from Boiler outlet to ID fan outlet upto chimney as identified by the Boiler Engineer. Approximately area 320 sq. Mtrs – 15.00 MT. ( Including ID fan Casing any damaged portion) 2.Damaged old Duct Plates are to be handed over to scrap yard through store after weighment as per the Engineers instructions. 3.Size of the duct as existing model without deviation. 4.Facbrication and Erection of ID duct damaged portion by new M.S plate 6mm Thickness. 5.All Welding portion should be proper welded and necessary stiffener angle given by the contractor. 6.After renewal of ID duct air leak checked with presents of boiler engineer and leak proved

Operation & guarding of the entire Gaeous chlorination system by 2 (Two) nos. operating personnel under supervision of gas plant supervisor round the clock by engaging skilled and unskilled personnel per shift along with supply of sundry. The cost includes the visit charges of supervisor atleast 2 days in a month (Obervation of the supervisor to be submitted in due course) along with expert technician for servicing.

Withdrawing of submersible pumping machinery including submersible cable, rope & column pipes part by part after disconnection of power line & delivery pipeline as directed (with derrick arrangement)
