Labour contract for KCP Boiler Id Duct From Boiler To Existing Suction Line Of Id Fan Damaged Portion Renewal works 1. Newly Modified and Fabrication of ID Duct from KCP Boiler 1 & 2 Air pre heater outlet to existing ID fan suction line in steam of under ground flue gas path. 2. Dismantling and removing of damaged WIL Boiler ID duct from Boiler outlet to ID fan outlet upto chimney as identified by the Boiler Engineer Approximately 10.00 MT including 2 Boilers. 3. Damaged old Duct Plates are to be handed over to scrap yard through store after weighment as per the Engineers instructions. 4. Size of the duct as given drawing for modification by of duct from boiler Air preheater outlet to existing ID fan suction line. 5. Facbrication and Erection of ID duct damaged portion by new M.S plate 6mm Thickness as per our drawing for modified and existing outlet of ID fan duct from ID fan chimney. 6. All Welding portion should be proper welded and necessary stiffener angle given by the contractor. 7. After renewal of ID duct air leak checked with presents of boiler engineer and leak proved.( Rate per Ton )

OD47644/2025-2026:Fabrication, Supply, erection and assembling by welding Stainless Steel 304L Grade as per approved specifications, drawings and directions of deptl officer at site including cost of all materials,labour,machinery for planing, welding,shearing, grinding etc, lead and lift, conveyance, incidental and handling etc complete

Operators, skilled (03 N0.) 1 for each shift of (8 hour/day) Day/Night and one Operator on rotational/assisting basis with 02 years experience in a sewage treatment plant certified by the officer for whome employee has worked. The wages to the skilled operators are to be paid @Rs.483 per person per day as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K.
