Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled/condenser water piping plumbing i/c fabrication of bends / elbows, tees, reducers etc) inside the building (with necessary clamps, wooden/puf support, vibration isolators, primer/ enamel paint, fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. Note:- The Pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia. and from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above.

Repairs to the Rotary F.I pump of Bolero JK05C-7964 by way of removing of the pump assembly from the machine and then complete overhauling of F.I Pump which includes dismantling of control rack, removal of delivery valves along with plunger, delivery valve springs and plunger return spring, bearing, distance piece, drive shaft and elements. The job includes proper cleaning of pump assembly with HSD. The job includes replacement of nozzles along with nozzle compression spring and cleaning of all the components of fuel injectors. The job further includes callibration of fuel injection pump for checking the delivery of fuel and phasing of fuel injection pump for assessing the fuel injection timing. The job also includes the tesing of fuel injection pump on pressure testing machine upto desired working pressure and RPM (1200).And then checking of pump for the satisfactory performance on the machine and testing it under various load conditions properly.The job also includes providing/fitting of below mentioned items as per sample: a) Head Assembly = 01 No b) Element = 04Nos c) Delivery valve = 04 Nos d) Drive shaft = 01 No e) Bearing = 01 No f) Distance piece = 04 Nos g) Nozzles = 06 Nos
