Muscular VSD Occluder, is a percutaenous transcatheter closure for non-surgical closure of a ventricular septal defect. The occluder is designed to close complex muscular VSDs in patients to be at high risk of surgical repair. The device should be self-expandable symmetric double disc made from a soft nitinol mesh. the device waist should be self-centered and fill the defect. The device should be filled with polyester material that promotes occlusion and tissue in growth. The waist length should be 7mm to accomodate the thickness of muscular ventricular septal wall. Symmetric design should allow both Antegrade and Retrograde Approach. The matellic material should be Intaglio treated to improve biocompatibilty and reduce nickel (Ni) leaching. Device should be MR Conditional upto 3Tesla or less. Device should be backed by strong clinical study with proven success rate for pediatrics and adults.

Should be specially designed heart & Lung Pack with 14days validated circuit life . Should have customized length of the tubings, type of connectors, design of circuit as well as required mendatory components according to the specific need of users . Heart & Lung packs must consists of Class VI medical grade tubings . Complete circuit must be having approved Phosphorylcholine Coated (Biocompatible coating) to reduce the thrombogenicity as well as CPB mediated inflammatory response . Tube sizes include 1/2 inch, 3/8 inch, 1/4 inch and purgeline with one way valve, gasline with filter and all other acessories that may need in CPB . Packs should be supplied as Pre-cut, pre-connected and EO sterilized double wrapped . Arterial filter Purge line, quick prime line and pressure lines should be included . Should come with separate sterile pouch for pump pack and table packs . Easy to set up for emergency surgery. Supplier must submit circuit diagram for approval before supply .
