Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Maintenance of bituminous surface road and gravel or WBm road including filling pot holes and patch repair etc.restoration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop / berms,making up of berms / shoulders.maintenance of drain, maintenance of culvert,maintennance og guard rails and parapet.maintenance of road sign,speed breakers, standing tree at adjacent to road wherever required.maintenance of Hectometr and kilometr stone, cutting of branches of tree, shurb and trimming of grass and weeds etc.white whashing of parapet including CD Work,painting of guard stone, refixing of displaced guard stone (as per performance Index Anexure-1) mentioned in GO No. 17 /2024/Sa-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Dt. 16.01.2024 & Enc letter no. 3689C-OPRMC/Mool-23-24 dated 17.02.2024 subjected to approval from Govt. Maintence of 1st year after completion of work @ Zero % of total work amount of item 1 to 19.

Art painting work on walls with three coat of water proof putty of approved brand after duly rubbing the surface to make the surface even and smooth. The work includes one coat of exterior primer coat of approved brand and three or more coat of exterior plastic emulasation paint of approved brand over the prepared surface. over this Rajasthani art painting work to be done as per direction & design pattern approved by engineer inchareg. The work includes the cost of all centering & shuttering scaffolding and cleaning the site properly after completion of work. The work also includes the cost of all material, man power, stencils etc. required for Art painting. complete work should be done as per direction and entire satisfication of engineer incharge.
