Dismantling existing unserviceable valve pits and construction of new brick masonry valve pits of size 1200x1200x1200mm (internal dimension) with brick work in cement mortar (1:4) 40mmx40mm x6 mm angle iron frame ,MS handle 300mm long, bent to shape and riveted to MS sheet including excavation and earth work, concrete work, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement hinges and handle rendering work, painting to all steel surfaces with two coats red oxide primer complete and all as specified.

Providing /Fixing G.I Chain Link fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthing with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers of required size including painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete job as per the directions of the Engineer in charge. a) Made of G.I wire of dia (4mm)

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two coat applied @ 0.90L/10 m² over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 L/10 m² of approved brand and manufacture including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
