Making arrangement for (painter) for internal and external painting work, brasso polish work, repair work in walls by scraping and putty/POP and other painting related complaints including providing necessary T & P all complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Minimum wages of Rs 24402/- per month to be paid to the each outsourced workers, and as soon as Govt increased minimum wages. (This rate includes the conveyance charges of worker)

M&L for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surface and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade as approved by GE with two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) on walls over 3mm thick plaster of paris putty including necessary scaffolding for max height of G+2 bldg with parapet, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Each stage i.e. preparation of surfaces, application of primer, application of first coat, application of second coat will be got passed from Engr-in -Charge. (b) The acrylic emulsion paint work shall be carried out by using smart painting tools and techniques as specified in Particular Specifications and Contractor will have to produce necessary documents for purchase of smart painting tools or rent receipt of these tools along with bill/RAR.The bidders are requested take this aspect in consideration before quoting their rate and no claim on account of misunderstanding or otherwise shall be admissible on this account. (c) The painting is to be done in one or more shades as approved by GE.

13.60.1:Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work

M&L for two coats of cement base wall care putty in two coats @ 1Kg/Sqm (0.5Kg in each coat) on new plastered surface of wall/ceiling as preparatory work to painting including cleaning surface before application of putty and necessary rubbing of puttied surface with appropriate size of sand paper so as to make the surface truly smooth, free from all dirt/ dust and made ready to receive the finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed. painting wood work with delux multi surface paint (Asian paint/Burger paint and equivalent) to give an even shade ,two or more coat applied @ 0.90ltr/ 10 sqm of over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete in all respects as per the direction and full satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated, damp affected wall surface by complete removal of existing treatment, washing, rubbing, stopping etc and apply the following treatments :- (a) Apply injection sealer by providing holes of 6mm dia and 50 mm deep at an angle of 45 degree. (b) Apply a coat of advance dammp proof protective wall sealer (c) Apply one or more coat of water proof putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces (d) Apply a coat of acylic primer over the putty surface (e) Two coats of oil bound washable distemper complete all as specified and as directed.
