Cleaning of internal wall/floors of RCC over head reservoir of Capacity 25000 Gallon including removing fine sand/silt deposited inside the over head reservoirs with the help of wire brushes and removing any fungus formation inside the tank, removing the waste by opening wash out valves and applying caustic soda solution and one coat of lime wash internally including cement base white wash of complete OH tank to the external wall, bottom surface, pillar and painting of raising main pipe line and delivery line by black paint and writing work with one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per colour code mentioning (a) date of cleaning (b) Next due date of cleaning (c) Capacity of tank etc, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :All precautionery measure such as safety belt, climbing rope, scaffolding etc to be taken by the contractor to safeguard human life while working on overhead reservoir. The rates quoted for the item shall be inclusive of the same.

M&L for taking out defective sewage pumping set centrifugal type of any make of 25 HP capacity by dismantling from suction and discharge pipe line and existing motor shaft, transporting to civil work shop for cleaning, scraping, painting, machine repair work and necessary overhauling, replacement of worn out and defective part including machining, threading, tapping all as required to bring the pump in perfect working condition and transporting back the same to its original location, re-assembling, installation, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The defective / worn out spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only. (b) The rewinding of motor shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Providing and fixing inauguration stone (granite of size 3/x 2/-0/) including engraving , painting, writing and const. of pedestal of size 4/-5// x 5/-5// height by way of brick work, plastering and painting incl. all leads , lifts and carriage of material by M.T./H.L.

Painting two emulsion paint two coats over a priming coat including through cleaning scrapping, removal of dust and including necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., completed.

Fabrication and erection of neutral earthing L Type support made of M.S. Channel size 100x50mm. Structure shall be 4 Mtr. Long with 1 Mtr. Arms. Structure shall be grouted in ratio 1:3:6 in block size 300x300x700mm and painted of welding joint with one coat of Ready Mixed primer and Two coat of enamel Aluminium paint work includes connecting neutral bushing rod of power Transformer and M.S. Earthing strip with the help of flexible copper bond, M.S. Bolt and washer.

Material and labour for preparing old exterior emulsion painted surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of water based acrylic weather proof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre, dart pick up resistant,silicon enhanced,UV resistant and PU enhanced property , complete all as specified and as directed.
