Providing /Fixing G.I Chain Link fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthing with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers of required size including painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete job as per the directions of the Engineer in charge. a) Made of G.I wire of dia (4mm)

Providing and fixing welded mesh/expanded metal mesh 25 mmx 25 mm x 3mm in frame work, flat iron beading 20x3mm including top cross laps inside and out sides welding, iron bolts, crews, clips etc. including two coat of red oxide and two coat of enamel paint or more required complete with frame work with 50 X 50 X 6mm angle iron post 30 cm in ground embeded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (30X30X 45cm) at corner and every three mtr including painting with one coat of primer and two coat of enamel paint work will be done as per direction of engineer incharge of size complete in all respect. M&L for two coats of cement base wall care putty in two coats @ 1Kg/Sqm (0.5Kg in each coat) on new plastered surface of wall/ceiling as preparatory work to painting including cleaning surface before application of putty and necessary rubbing of puttied surface with appropriate size of sand paper so as to make the surface truly smooth, free from all dirt/ dust and made ready to receive the finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed. Complete painting and varnishing work at a station (5/6 Station or more Line). This includes painting of signal posts and fittings, apparatus cases, point machines, junction boxes, rail post etc. This also includes varnishing, letter writing on relays, terminal Nos., apparatus cases, point machine, Signal Nos. and other details as per Signal Engineering Manual and instructions of Engineer at site. The item includes painting of distances of main cable run from G.P nearest to cable run and the painting of distances of S&T gears (Singals, Location boxes etc.) form the railway lines as per SOD and as per instruction of Site Engineer. At least two coats of paint is to be applied besides primary coating of red oxide. This includes supply of paints, varnishes and all other material required for complete painting work at a station. This includes painting on existing functional units also. The painting shall consist of initial red oxide / base paint followed by at least two coat of the paint as per standard painting scheme. This item also includes painting of interlocked gate attached to the station. Location box no. shall be painted on both sides.

Providing and fixing inauguration stone (granite of size 3/x 2/-0/) including engraving , painting, writing and const. of pedestal of size 4/-5// x 5/-5// height by way of brick work, plastering and painting incl. all leads , lifts and carriage of material by M.T./H.L.
