M&L for preparation of old decorated, damp affected wall surface by complete removal of existing treatment, washing, rubbing, stopping etc and apply the following treatments :- (a) Apply injection sealer by providing holes of 6mm dia and 50 mm deep at an angle of 45 degree. (b) Apply a coat of advance dammp proof protective wall sealer (c) Apply one or more coat of water proof putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces (d) Apply a coat of acylic primer over the putty surface (e) Two coats of oil bound washable distemper complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Berger,Asian Paint, J&N ,Shalimar Note :- (i) Painting work shall be carried out according to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS (ii) Sanding of surfaces shall be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm with internal dust extraction system for a clean environment certified by the Paint manufacturer)

Providing & making artistic/heritage painting with the using oil paint/apex ultima or equivalent exterior paint having anti algal and dust pick up resistance with finish as per direction of Engineer in charge on wall faces/panels etc. with approved colour in following patterns including painting base works of required exterior paint in approved quality/brand:- The Painting shall be based on themes related to flora & fauna like creepers flower pots, animals, birds & natural figures. As the work shall be at the level of similar to enclosed drawing ‘C’.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as permanufacturers specifications :Painting Steel/wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture DSR No. 13.48.3
