10.7:Painting on Concrete/Steel Surfaces with Epoxy<br> Painting two coats including prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand on concrete/steel surfaces after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Painting two coats with any approved Enamel Paint over a coat of approved primer to wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for thework etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for painting to ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep by scraping/removing old paint with brush/emery paper and spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint including marking of MES number complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Taking down and refixing of ceiling fan shall be measured and paid against item no 1.00 above.

Rate For Maintenance of Park, Garden, Median (a) Maintenance of lawn including weeding, checking the grass from the ground top dressing with sludge or manure of the same with the forked soil watering & maintenance of lawn for to keep healthy & rich growth free from weeds & disposal of rubbish as per directed Including supplying good earth, sludge, manure including insecticides and pesticides as required etc. as per direction of Department. (b) Careful tending and maintenance of all trees, shrubs, hedge including hoeing, watering, pruning unwanted branches and treating soil with manure applying pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, anti termite treatment etc. (c) Careful collection and disposal of dead leaves dried seasonal flowers plants, purned branches of hedge tree, shrubs, collected from inside & outside the premises. (d) Careful maintenance of flower beds, both seasonal and perennial as per the scope of work. This will including planting throughout the season / year as the case may be by applying good horticultural practices like manuring, watering, hoeing, removing unwanted weeds etc. (e) Careful maintenance of Ground covers both seasonal and perenlal as per the scope of work. (f) Painting of pots placed at different chowks and median. (g) Details Mentioned in annexure- I (h) Rate for maintenance of park, median & landscaping area should be quoted for per sqft per month. (i) Bidder has to replant (if found dead) and also provide seasonal plants throughout the maintenance period for beautification in located areas.

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture
