Exterior Painting work including complete removal of existing treatment till top surface of existing plaster and crack filling with crack seal upto 3mm where required and making good/smooth the surface with wall putty with silicon additives and sanding these surface for removal of loose particles and applying one coat of water proof primer on walls and chajjas with 10% dilution of water and applying two coats of 100% acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon additives and anti-algal properties, complete all as specified.
