Supply, fabrication and erection of steel members to replace existing corroded members of built up section made up of MS plate, angles, channels of different thickness and sizes including painting with one coat of ready mix paint Zinc Chromate priming to IS:104 followed by one coat of ready mix paint red-oxide Zinc Chrome priming paint to IS:2074. Structural steel should 6 conform to IS:2062 E250- Grade'B0'. Fabrication and erection to be as per existing design initially by bolts and nuts and finally by rivetting during the sanctioned traffic block. Rate includes cutting of new steel work, removal of rivets by drilling, dismantling of any existing members required for inserting fabricated members, fixing of new fabricated built up members with all tools, plants, labour, consumables, machinery and accessories etc. Work will be executed as per IRS:B 1-2001. Note: Painting shall be paid extra under relevant item.

Providing & Fixing of Information Boards of size 70cm x 90cm, with board- frame in ISA 25 x 25 x 5 mm, Board in GI Flat Sheet of 3mm thickness, the stand with ISA 75x 75x8 mm with a length 2.4 m length (0.90m overlapping with Board, 0.4m Below ground level), welding the all section properly and fixing the Board with base concreting ( 1:3:6) inside a pit of 30x30x 40 cm, painting all the sections with anticorrosive paint of approved brand and colour, Pasting Vinyl stickers of Suitable size with approved matter and colour pattern including the cost of all labour and Materials, transportation etc complete., as per the direction of the work-in-charge.

Painting of pillars (with superior exterior paint) including cost of labour charges including painting of Forest Department LOGO and the front face of the pillar with stencil. For mainline BPs, Red Shade: Adventure 2189 (Nerolac) and for chak BPs Yellow shade: Bumble Bee 2014( Nerolac) Exterior Emulsion paint is recommended.

85.114:Painting all the exposed surfaces of the gate and embedded parts with two coats of epoxy coal tar black paint confirming to IS14948 with a minimum film thickness of 150+/-5 microns per each coat over two coats of priming coat applied with zinc primer containing not less than 85% of zinc on dry film with a film thickness of 70+/-5 microns , so that the total film thickness of all coats including priming coat at any rate is not less than 350 microns after cleaning the surface using hand and power tool cleaning including cost of all materials, labour charges , cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc. complete as per the direction of department officers at site

Providing and fixing 5th Kilometer stone of precast C.C. 1:2:4 including necessary reinforcement as per I.R.C. type design in C.C. 1:4:8 including painting,lettering etc. complete (For N.H., S.H. and M.D.R.)

Wall painting (2 coat) with plastic emulsion paint 1st quality.etc all complete(SI. 22 NBO 18.57)
