85.114:Painting all the exposed surfaces of the gate and embedded parts with two coats of epoxy coal tar black paint confirming to IS14948 with a minimum film thickness of 150+/-5 microns per each coat over two coats of priming coat applied with zinc primer containing not less than 85% of zinc on dry film with a film thickness of 70+/-5 microns , so that the total film thickness of all coats including priming coat at any rate is not less than 350 microns after cleaning the surface using hand and power tool cleaning including cost of all materials, labour charges , cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc. complete as per the direction of department officers at site

1) Removal of existing unserviceable/broken wooden/steel/PVC part from furniture article carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts.Supply and fixing new parts as per given specification and drg after tightening the joints by arc/gas welding making every part in-tact including painting the entire article with standard workmanship and as directed by GE. All furniture items is to be painted only after making the entire items intact by tightening the joints. 2). Work will be executed inside BS yard of GE Nagrota and at various sites as per requirement. 3). All steel sections shall be as per standard IS . 4). Plywood/MDF shall be BWR grade-A /exterior grade of approved make/brand and shall confirm to IS-303. 5). All other material to be incorporate in the work shall be of latest IS standard specification. 6). Painting shall only be done with spray machine only. 7). Painting will only be caried out after removing/peeling the existing paint by using paint remover.
