Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint havingVOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.complete and including all necessary scaffolding,complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing & Applying/ letter writing on wall painting including coat of base of putti and painting with water proof cement paint oil paint & including supply of all material,labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work,(Markit rate)

SMART PERIODICAL:- (External Surface) M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior/Interior wall/Ceiling of projection/chajja by complete removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers and including cutting/ uprooting trees/ wild grass complete then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal and applying 1 mm thick white cement base wall care putty to obtain smooth finishes complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge & incl applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces of wall/ceiling of projection/chajja. , of approved make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee for a minimum period of 04 years by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacture shall be got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) All the material to be incorporated on the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iii) After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE before application of primer and paint for each building. (iv) The colour/shade will be all as approved by GE. (v) The cost of scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed. The work shall be executed at a height from ground floor up to 15m (max). (vi) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge before application of exterior paint. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (vii) The application of acrylic paint/ weather coat shall be with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of min 1 litre per minutes having pressure of 3300 PSI by allowing 6 to 8 hrs to dry the surface before painting of subsequent coat. However, where it is not possible to apply acrylic paint by using the spray machine the work will be carried out manually by using roller.

The actual work executed against all the BOQ as detailed in tender document would be paid on measurement basis.
