Carrying out USFD testing of SEJ/ISEJ (flange testing with opening of bracket) under Block protection with RDSO approved contractor's own Weld Testing Machines equipped with 70 degree probes (and/or as directed by Railway), operators, all materials, tools and plants, consumables, spare equipment including pre and post work as per the directives of Engineer-in- 4 Charge or his authorized representatives. The rate includes all types of taxes, levies, royalties etc. and is also inclusive of other incidental charges like labour, fuel, solvent, plant & machinery, transportation, shifting of machinery, loading, unloading required for completion of the work as per specification and reporting the same as per Indian Railway Standard Specification for Ultrasonic Testing of Rails/Welds, Revised 2020 read with latest correction slips/Comprehensive instructions of USFD testing of SEJ (flange testing) on outsourcing/Manual for Ultrasonic testing of rails and welds (Revised 2022) read with latest correction slips. (1 Set SEJ means Left & Right Tongue and Stock rail of 1 SEJ)

For 1 in 8.5 Points & Crossings Total 337889.40 25mm gap 'in-situ' welding during traffic block using Railway's welding portion and finishing of weld to meet the prescribed tolerances and pass all stipulated tests with all required labour, materials, consumables, tools, equipments etc. to complete the work in all respect as per IR's "Manual for Fusion Welding of Rails by Alumino - Thermic Process" with latest correction slips, including marking of welded joint, painting weld collar with anticorrosive paint, restoration of track near weld joint to original position and fixing of joggled fish plate at new weld, to be removed after passing of weld in Item- 36 USFD test as directed by Engineer in charge.Note:1. Welding portion and related accessories as per Annexure - I shall be supplied by Railways. All other items required shall be supplied by the Contractor.2. Welding shall be carried out only by trained welder having valid competency certificate. 3. Hydraulic Weld trimmer shall be used for chipping and profile Grinder for finishing.4. Required nos. of Joggled fish plates shall be supplied by Railway at nearest P. Way Stores and the same shall be returned at nearest P. Way Store or at other location as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge after release from track. Maintenance of Track mounted equipments like S&T fitting on turn outs including different activitiesduring BCM/TTM/TRR works as follows:- Specially opening and refixing of DC-TC jumpers/AFTC jumpers / Axle counter,transducers during different Engg. works Opening of DC-TC /AFTC jumpers /axle counter transducers digging work fromrail to TLJB /TMU /0 bond /location is 5 required to be done as per site requirement also after refixing of DC-TC /AFTCjumpers /Axle counter transducers needs to be buried in proper depth. It includes drilling hole in rail as per siterequirement. The team to be provided for this work should comprise of : Fitter- 1 Nos., Blacksmith 1 Nos.Mason/Carpenter- 1 No. and Helpers-5 Nos. also it include any work of EOLB or sliding boom and earthing arrangementof Signalling gears. Any other work as per instruction of Railway Engineer. All T&P & Jigs required to execute the workwill be supplied by the contractor.

wiring, commissioning of track circuit on Straight Portion of Track (without involving points and crossings) as per Drawing No. SK/DRG/OL/27 or latest and track bonding plan. The work includes drilling of 9/32" hole on Rails, provision of bonding, fixing and painting of Track Lead Junction Boxes, termination of tail cables, termination of Track lead wires, double Jumper wires, Installation & wiring of track feed set (Track Charger, Adjustable Resistance, choke coil, fuses, battery, relays etc.), testing of Glued/Block Joints and also lettering/numbering of track lead junction boxes, block joints and track circuits. This also includes transportation of all materials required for the above installation. Note: Track feed set, bonding wires, TLJB, channel pin, tail cable to be supplied by Railway.
