5 Bidder's Experience: The bidder should enclose the copy of the Successfully Completed Similar Work Order executed in MES/ Railways/ CPWD/ State PWD/ Indian Ordnance Factories/ Other Central or State Govt. Organizations during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which CFA Tender is invited should either of the following: (i) Three similar completed work order costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; or (ii) Two similar completed work order costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; or (iii) One similar completed work order costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. NS/CSR Based item Providing & Fixing/Lowering, Testing & Commissioning of spirally welded / ERW /SAW / fabricated M.S.Casing Pipes of dia. 700 mm i/d of thickness 10.0 mm for laying DI K-7 of dia. 500 mm i/d. with specials (Commercial Quality) below Railway/National Highway/State Highway/B&R/Drain/Nalla, etc. with Trenchless Crossing Method as per NR/NH/SH/WRD/Respective deparment standards and specifications including excavation & filling of Pit, Dewatering arrangement, Supporting system for soil, as required and jointing the same inside the trench / over ground by means of electric arc welding using standard electrodes as per I.S. specification including gas cutting to required size with automatic welding machine and pipes as per IS : 3589 and IS : 5504 as applicable specifications, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (No negative tolerance in thickness is permissible). MS casing pipe shall be externally coated with 3-Layer Polyethylene (3LPE) coating of minimum 3.0 mm thickness suitable for trenchless crossing, conforming to relevant Indian/International standards. Also, providing cement concrete 1:2:4 inside MS Casing for cushioning of carrier pipe, with stone ballast or shingle, mixing by Mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type all required materials & labours, Tools & Plants, equipments, etc. with required all necessary accessories to complete the work in all respect as per Guidelines & specification of NH department and as per specification given in the bid documents including for proper completion of work as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Supply, delivery and installation of LT Cubical type floor-mounted panel board with multi Compartments: one for incoming, one for busbar (Vertical) and others for outgoing MCCBs, made with 14 SWG CRCA Sheet. Cable chambers in the panel should be of adequate width along the vertical height, and the required number of cable chambers to be provided in the panel so that outgoing cables do not pass through any other main switch or bus bar. The Panel should have required lifting hooks. All doors should be hinged type door with a railway-type locking arrangement. A rare cover door should be provided for inspection of the Bus bar and easy cabling. All openings shall be properly gasketed. The panel board should have a proper cable alley on both sides with cable entry at the bottom and detachable Gland Plate. The board should be painted with powder-coated paint.
