Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) for operation, routine preventive maintenance, attending breakdowns and ensuring proper functioning of LG make Multi Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Air Conditioning System installed at the Booking Area of Guwahati Railway Station for a period of 03 (three) years. The VRF system comprises 11 Nos. Inverter type Cassette Indoor Units of capacity 4 TR (approx. 5 HP each) and Outdoor Units consisting of 01 No. 24 HP and 02 Nos. 16 HP modules.The contractor shall attend all breakdown complaints on priority basis and restore the system within the stipulated response and rectification time as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge. The CAMC shall be comprehensive in nature and shall include repair, replacement and servicing of all defective parts/components including but not limited to PCB cards, 1 sensors, compressors, fan motors, electronic expansion valves (EEV), contactors, relays, solenoid valves, remote controllers, interconnecting cables, control wiring and all associated accessories required for satisfactory operation of the system. The contractor shall deploy skilled and authorized service personnel having adequate experience in VRF systems. All tools, tackles, testing instruments, consumables, refrigerant gas, lubricants and minor materials required for maintenance shall be included in the scope of work.The scope of work under CAMC shall include operation assistance, periodic inspection, preventive maintenance, servicing, testing, fault diagnosis, attending breakdown complaints and replacement/repair of defective parts for maintaining uninterrupted and efficient functioning of the complete VRF system. Routine maintenance schedules, service records and breakdown history shall be maintained properly and submitted to the Engineer- in-Charge periodically. The work shall be carried out as per OEM recommendations, relevant IS standards and site requirements complete in all respects.

Supply and Pushing of MS casing pipe of specified thickness by trenchless method adopting micro-tunnelling or any suitable mechanical technology or technology approved by Railway below ground at all depth under running traffic condition as per railway standard including carrying out survey work at the job site for determining underground cable trenches like telephone, cable, water & sanitary lines and resistivity test for finding the soil strata using necessary equipment’s for completion of works, mobilizing of machineries and specialized crew at the job site complete in all respect, including excavation of driven pit and exit pit (upto 3 metre depth) with proper protection at three sites with shoring sheets and ISMB's. Providing MS cutting edges for front shield and Constructing thrust bed at designated level. Necessary de-watering and providing concrete foundation at the base of the driven pit, PVC/Rubber saddle as per the requirement of Railway Authority, crane for handing of pipe and any other machinery, tools, and tackles required, construction of temporary works as per requirement and as per approved by railway authorities, specification and the direction of the Engineer. (Protective coating/ lining if done that will be paid extra) Note- 1. Manual Pipe jacking is not permitted for workmen safety reasons. 2. Length of pipe shall be measured in between the outer wall of two manholes / Inspection chambers. Pipe in the manhole/inspection chamber’s wall shall deemed to be included in the item of manhole/inspection chamber shall not be payable.

Necessary dewatering and providing concrete foundation at the base of the driven pit, PVC/Rubber saddle as per the requirement of Highway/Railway authority, crane for handing of pipe and any other machinery, tools, and tackles required, construction of temporary works as per design, drawing and method as per approved by authority specification and the direction of the Engineer. Apply corrosion, resistant, protection on inside and outside of casing pipe as per technical specification.
