Deployment of skilled/ un-skilled man power for Operation & maintenance of pumping machinery, rising main and distribution network storage tank etc. including watch & ward of pumping machinery,all civil structures such as pump house, water storage tank, sump well and maintenance of ornametal plants, lawns and flower beds etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. SCOPE:- Civil Works - 2 Nos Pump House, 2 Nos Sump well, 3 Nos Main Storage tanks & 3 Nos. Sub Storage tank. Rising Main:- 65 mm dia= 2500 Rmts, 250 mm Dia= 5500 Rmts, 80 mm dia= 1300 Rmts. Distribution System:- 60330 Rmt various dia 15 mm to 150 mm dia. Pumping Machinery :- Booster stage 3x100= 300 HP, 1x120= 120 HP, 5x5=25 HP, Main Stages 2x40= 80 HP. Man Power to be Deployed:- (1) Fitter =1 No. ( For maintain the Rising main, Gravity main and Distribution System). (2) Pump Attendant:- 4 Nos ( For operating the Pumping Machinery). (3) Helper/ Beldar= 3 Nos. ( For operating the scheme). Total : 8 Nos.

Description of main components of the scheme:- Civil Works:- 1 No pump house , 3Nos storage tanks. Rising main:- 125mm dia 7710 Rmt. Distribution system:- 12540 Rmt 15mm dia to 50mm dia Pumping Machinery:- 2x7.5=15HP, 2x100 HP, 200 HP. Storage tanks:- 3 Nos Storage tanks, Total working 32.5 Hours per day through 6 No persons Indicators to be Mentions:- per day complaints recieved through diffrents mode such as Cm sankalp, E Smadhan, Complaint register and Toll Free.

Survey by Electronic Total station/DGPS of villages with a view of preparing "village index plan "indicating roads/ streets, surface and width of road/ streets along with places of importance such as Panchayat Bhawan, Hospital, School, Post office, Temple Water Supply structures (GLRs, PSPs, pumping station physical boundary of village north etc. including levels at some important points as per instruction of engineer in charge. Hydraulic Design of Distribution network in Loop/Water Gem/EPANET or any other compatible software. Preparation of Auto CAD Drawing (A-3/A-2) with complete hydraulic design out put details, such as pipe no, node no, pipe length, pressure at node etc. Submission of three sets of colour print prepared in Auto CAD.(BSR Item No. 14.1/2023)

DETAILED DRAWINGS: Preparation of layout plan W/W, B/Stns. and MBS etc. Detailed drawings of various proposed structures which are required for estimate. Showing the existing and proposed Distribution network complete in all respect. Supply of 3 No. colored sets of each drawing.

Maintenance of pipe line irrespective of size & material, which includes repairing of bursts and leakages, pollution control, survey and removal of chocking, disconnection of illegal connections, collection and recording minimum 10 nos. of residual chlorine samples during daily supply timings, inteconnection and all works related to pipe line networks in existing distribution/rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in loose soil/hard soil, including cutting of black top, WBM and CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also includes cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repait leak proof and refilling of pit by excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipe and upto ground level. For entire job, contractor will use their own T&P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange dewatering, JCB (excavator) and tractor compressor, if required any, and restore any amenety at his own cost, damaged, while performing the work in this item. This works includes daily pattrolling and repair of leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network of distribution and rising main pipe line network within the scope of work for per KM pipe line per month. Jointing material shall be provided by the department
