Supplying and installation of Solar Raised Pavement markers with the latest IRC : 35 standards made out of high impact- resistant polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20,000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be efficient weather resistant and capable of providing a long operational life according to IP 67 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. The solar RPM must be equiped with a chargeable battery with a minimmum operational life of 3 years. The battery should be capable of providing illumination for a minimum of 72 hours without sunlight. The high Width and length shall not be less than 10mm x 100mm x 100mm. Also the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100mm respectively the weight of the marker shall not excced 0.50 Killograms. Fixing will be done by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the engineer-in-charge. The solar raised pavement markers shall be tested for Compression strength of 20000 Kg, IP 67 rating, Blinking frequency from government lab (CRRI/ARAI/ICAT/CPRI) as per requirement of MoRTH and Test Report shall be submitted with Supply of material. The RPM must have high intensity LEDs with a minimum life of 1,00,000 hours. The LEDs should be visible from a distance of atleast 500 metres
