For Invoicing purposes, GST Shall be charged in accordance with the applicable GST notifications and amendments issued from time to time for solar power Generating Systems (spgs) and their components. Presently GST shall be levied on 70% of the system cost at the rate of 5% and on the remaining 30% of the system cost at the rate of 18%, as per the prevailing GST provisions. further, gst on Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services shall be applicable at the rate of 18%, or as amended from time to time under the GST Law.
