Supplying and fixing in repair LED powered solar road studs of size not less than 110 mm X 110 mm X 25 mm (with shank height not less than 50mm) made of weather resistance aluminium alloy and poly carbonate material electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating. Protection shall conform to IP65 in accordance with IS: 12063-1987 Category 2 for protection against water ingress. Mono-Crystalline Solar Panel 2.4 V / 0.3 Watt. One Ni-Mh or NI-cd Rechargeable Battery (1.2V / 1600 MA). The cats eye shall support a load of approx 10 TON weight. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 ± 5 degress to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The stud shall provide a viewing distance of not less than 800m. The studs shall be flushed onto the to the Road surface and fixed using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. [32.70.2]Supply Installation testing commissioning of Solar Photovoltaic grid connected roof top Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of Mono/Poly Crystalline silicon solar cells, net metering facility, necessary protections, earthing, mounted on Aluminium/GI structure of suitable strength with following components complete as required:- (a) Solar Photovoltaic Module manufactured in India, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730-Part-2. Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. Gl circular pipe shall be firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. Alternate white and yellow bands (Minimum four bands) of Type XI retro-reflective sheeting shall be pasted @ 0.5m c/c starting from a height of 0.5 m above the finish road level.
