a) Supply and errection of street lighting lattice type structure along with GI Pipe for fixing of LED lamp(0.182Mt+5% bolt & Nuts)-8.5Mtrs Height

Supply of 60W All in One LED Solar Street lights vide having extruded aluminium housing, 200Wp or more Mono Crystalline Panel/Laminates fixed on the top of the luminaire housing, maintenance free 12.8 volts 90 Ah (Bis certified) or more Lithium Ferrophosphate (LiFePO4) battery (BIS certified) with inbuilt BMS, MPPT charge controller with >92% efficiency, PIR sensor to provide 2 days( 24 hrs) back up by considering dimming profile of 100% - 2 hr, 80% - 2 hr,60% - 2hr and 40% -6 hr per day . The luminaire should have IP 66 protection for critical components, IK08 for complete AIO solar light ( As per IK report of third party NABL lab), having lumen output of > 11400 lumen with lumen efficacy >190 lm/w as per LM 79 report of third party NABL lab to justify the lumen output & lumen efficacy of >190 lm/w . The Solar light must be having two nos. or more LED Compartment with IK10 Lenses on the LED chip for better lighting distribution on the road to avoid glare on human eyes. Both the luminaire and Mono Crystalline Panel must be manufactured in India. The Solar lighting company must submit the third party NABL lab reports to justify the lumen efficacy, luminaire output and IP 65 protection. The Luminaire should be supplied along with adjustable type die cast alluminium mounting bracket which can be fitted directly on the pole and 2 nos. or more supporting bracket must be there in luminaire housing to fix the these brackets in the pole so that the luminaire can sustain the desired wind speed . The Solar Street light with solar panel having capacity of 200 Wp or more must be designed to take the wind load at 180 km/hr wind speed (As per wind load test report). The Solar lighting manufacturer must submit the declaration letter mentioning that complete solar light and the solar panel are manufactured in India and warranty certificate on their company's letter head by mentioning warranty period as 5 years and necessary aftersales service will be provided through their tollfree base service network. The solar street light company must be having own NABL accredited laboratory. The make of AIO Solar lights must be of Philips/Anchor by Panasonic/Wipro/LT/Bajaj/ Crompton/Havells. The executant has to maintain the solar light for a defect liabilities period of 5 years.The solar lighting company must be having inhouse NABL lab having registered office in Odisha and Toll free service set up within 100 KM from the project site. The Solar lighting company must submit the lighting design to achieve 40 lux with Uniformity > =0.50 on the both the side road in full brightness mode when installed at a height of 9 mtr above ground ( Pole -8 mtr & height of U bracket -1 mtr) by keeping maintainace/light loss factor as 0.85. The successful bidder must submit the lighting design, TDS & following test reports in the department to obtain the approval from SE Electrical Circle (R&B) and CE Roads-I /II , Odisha bhubaneswar for technical acceptance prior to start of the work The following test reports must be submitted or the technical acceptance of the products from 3rd party NABL Lab/Central/State govt accrieditted laboratory only : 1.LM 79, 2. IP 65 test report, 3. Wind load test report of 200 Wp Panel fitted in AIO Street light suitable for 180 KM/Hr wind Speed.4,IK 08 (complete light) ,5. IK10 (For PC Lense of AIO) The AIO solar street light must comply to the following & necessary certificates of 60 W or higher wattage must be obtained in the name of lighting company from 3rd party NABL Lab/Central/State govt accrieditted laboratory to be submitted 1 EN50530 , 2. IEC61547, 3. IEC 60598-Part 1, 4. IEC 62109-1 5.IEC 62093 The contractor has to maintain all these solar street lights for a period of 5 years by considering all the expenses to be incured towrds labour charges /dismanatalling/reinstallation /Panel cleaning work etc. )

Supply & fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting 90 watts made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LEDs as lighting source and lens embedded toughened glass having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 consisting of suitable number of LEDs with sealed toughened glass cover, 5700K, LED efficiency >110 lm/Watt and system efficiency 110 lm/W , 240 Volts AC, 50 Hz, CRI>70% operating voltage range 140 V-270 V, Power factor> 0.95,mains current 0.270A, working temperature range -10ºC to 50ºC,built in surge protection of more than 10 kV, better optics for uniform distrubution with multiple LEDs not less than 2 watt each and having optical grade polycarbonate lens with all accessories , suitable for side entry, pole mounting with bracket arm OD 40 mm, recommended mounting height with suitable inground reinforcement is 8 mtrs, Confirm the safety test as per IS 15885 part-2 from auth labs : LM79 & LM 80, incl proper fixing and testing of street lights on 9/11 mtr long steel tubular pole incl make proper connection of new and existing light fittings complete with cutting , welding , drilling holes, nut bolts, washer complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-PVC heavy duty conduit pipe along with 3/1 run of 1.5/2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed/sheathed copper multistranded conductor from MCB box to street light shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply, fixing and testing of in replacement of Automatic Street light Timer Switch using combination of NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural light consisting with Sensor (Natural Switch) along with suitable power contractor, MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole/ wall mountable SMC enclosure made out of Rust proof, Electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction Box conforming to IP 54 protection of capacity 12 KW 3 phase, current range 40 Amps, 4 wire (3 separate power contactor) including all accessories and fixing arrangement all as specified and directed.
