[17.30.2]Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with Batch Type HMP 2. Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam 50 mm to 75 mm thickness (Grading II) Providing and laying 50mm - 75 mm dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG 30 @ 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete, as per technical clause No. 505 of MORT&H specifications Note-If bitumen required is more than 4.5% as per job mix formula, no extra payment will be paid. M&L for complete repairing of sunken floor by providing water proofing treatment to sunken floor surfaces of RCC slab by the following specifications complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Provide PCC (1:1.5:3) type A-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in slope of average thickness 50mm on sunken floor slab mixed with and including integral water proofing compound manufactured by Dr FIXIT or other equivalent as approved, and finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement. (b) Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:3) mixed with & including integral water proofing compound on sunken floor and sides of (Vertical surface) sunken portion. (c) Applying surfaces with bituminous primer (conforming to IS-3384-1965) @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm on sunken surfaces of floor & wall and provide necessary connections to soil/waste pipe from WC/Nahanni trap etc including demolition ,cutting holes and making good the disturbed surface as per existing complete all as specified and as directed. (d) Applying two coats of tack coat of Industrial bitumen grade of 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces (1st coat for bonding material below membrane and 2nd coat on top of membrane. (e) Laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane with 100 mm over laps sealed and bounded to the surfaces by 'torchon' method. Note : Floor Area shall be measured for payment.

S&F in repairs sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x160mm, complete all as specified and directed.
