100.9.6 Laying uPVC pipes of class 2 to class 6 and specials, lowering to the trenches already made, placing in position aligning the pipeline to the lines and levels and jointing the pipes and specials with solvent cement and testing the pipeline with water to the required test pressure (excluding cost of pipes and specials): 63 mm nominal outside diameter pipes.

Re-fixing/ re-laying old GI/CI tubing and connections of 150 mm dia with fittings in new/old position incl. bend, elbow, reducer, union, flange, nipple etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: Rate shall deemed to be include repair/renewal of all running existing connection/ branches from main water supply line, incl T&P used)

Excavation in foundation, trenches,etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work,blasting work, hard blasting and chiselling etc. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc.then disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for petty repairs to water supply network of upto 50mm bore pipe line for stopping leaking by providing new GI union, socket, Tee , elbow, bends, nut bolts, washers or welding etc as required at site and testing on completion including earth work complete all as specified and directed.
