Labour charges for the erection of (Three PHASE 7.50 HP SUBMERSIBLE PUMPSET) submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Labour only for attending day to day external water supply OHR and UG sump and pump house electrical with motor connection compliants of all nature i.e. leakage in water supply pipe lines, fittings/fixtures, over flow of overhead tank,semi/underground sump water supply, complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note: (a) Any material required for complaints shall be measured & paid separately under respectvie item hereinafter) (b) In case , after checking & attending the defect, it is not possible to rectify the defect within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in-charge by the contractor/his rep. If Cocern JE is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made.(C)All T&P required for attending the Complaints shall be provided by the contractor. (d) The contractor is response that Pipe Fitter shall always be in possession of die set complete with cutters,Taps, Pipe wrench ,Chain wrench, Caulking tools, complete set of spanners and ladders etc ,as required at site.

Replacement of Underground Utilities (MDPE Pipes) damaged during Earthwork excavations for pipe laying works including cost of additional earthwork excavation in all soils, including BT cutting, CC roads , removal of slushy soil and replacing the pipeline with sound pipe, including supply and delivery of HDPE pipes, couplers, jointing materials and required specials, cutting,threading, conveying , laying, jointing and cost of refilling for the additional earthwork etc complete and as directed by the TWAD board officers..

Water Connection without Water Meter Providing proposed water connection without multijet water meter to house hold upto wall with providing laying jointing testing G.I. Pipeline 15mm i/d = 2.5 mtr (B-Class) as per CSR 28.36(A), (Above G.L.) Prov and fixing 20mm i/d PP-R pipe with specials = 3.00 mtr (Below GL) including cost of specials such as Tees, Bends., Sockets, Elbow, Peet Valve, Union, Nipple and Hook etc. cutting and threading testing in trenches in the ground and ISI 15mm i/d GM Ferrule as per IS:2692 and 3 inches i/d Clamp with C.I. Bib Cock, 15mm i/d as per IS:210 with Stainless Steel Strainer of approved make as per CSR 30.65(b)

Earth work in excavation by mannual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 M including disposal excavated earth upto 1 Mt from cutting edge, disposal earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.
