Providing laying jointing and commissioning of HDPE (High Density Polyethlene pipe) of following diameter and class confirming to IS 4984-1995 with fusion welding process including all necessary fitting & bend leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (earth work in ternches to be mesured and paid separately).

Two layer welding of 6” & 4” dia pipes

M&L Bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder with paving bitumen (VG-30) [Mix Design criteria as per SSR Part-I Clause 20.B.2.11, or as per MoRTH by Marshal method (Ref table 500-12 to 500-16)] coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler cement (OPC - 43 Gde) as per recommendation of design by weight of total mix from hot mix plant, rolled by with 8 to 12 tonne vibrating (tandom) road roller to confirm uniform surface and compacted to required camber and gradient including preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a tack coat of rapid setting cationic bitumen RS1 conforming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH Specification for Road and Bridge Works 2013, using mechanical sprayer, complete with mechanical paver, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (i) Work shall be executed after approval of design mix of semi dense asphaltic concrete by AGE(I).(ii) Calibration of Hot Mix Plant shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge for approval.(iii) Payment shall be made to Contractor after submission of approved design mix, Bitumen Extraction Report, Road Roller Register & Calibration Report.(iv) Exact qty of binder to be used shall be ascertained by Design Mix.(v) Minimum 5.5% binder shall be used. However, in case more than 5.5% of binder content is required as per design mix, the same shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost to dept.(vi) All testing charges shall include in unit rate quoted by bidder.]

OD190370/2025-2026:Shifting 15mm (1/2 inch) house connection with 15mm (1/2 inch) water meter from existing AC / GI mains up to 125 mm dia., up to a length of 5 m using 20mm Indian Standard Class 6 uPVC pipe and uPVC / GM / Brass specials viz. brass ferrule, Elbow, MTA, FTA, couplers, GI / MS / SS Service Saddle of suitable size etc. and connecting with the mains, testing the joints etc. complete including trenching and refilling in all kinds of soil up to a depth of 1.50m for main line tracing and trench of average cross section 0.3m x 0.75m for laying connection pipe and service pipe, fixing water meter, lighting, watching, providing caution boards, traffic control etc. complete including cost of materials, hire for tools, cost of consumables and labour charges but excluding cost of water meter and meter box and excluding charges for cutting the concrete / tarred / bituminous roads etc, and as per the direction of the departmental officers.
