Design, construction, commissioning & testing of Non Mechanical Rapid Gravity Filter Plant of capacity as under. This work includes construction of RCC receiving chamber, baffle channel, flocculate, clarifier, collecting channel, filter beds , operation gallery, clear water chamber, channel, chlorination chamber, Back wash tank, pipe system for carrying raw water from Pump House to inlet of RGF, clear water from Plant to CWR, De-sludging system including providing pipe system from clarifier , flocculate & back wash water chamber to existing storage tank, over head back wash tank, back wash pumps (1W+1S) set with piping system, air blowers (1W+1S) as per design, interconnection of raw water, clear water, sludge pipes etc. including allied works such for construction ,commissioning of system as defined in scope of work, technical specifications and provisions of CPHEEO manual at various water supply schemes

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied 3.84 kg/10 sqm) coat with cement primer in all leads and lifts.

OD252637/2024-2025:Design, Supply, erection, testing, Trial run and commissioning of Suitable Horizontal Split Casing / Multistage CF pump set and accessories with the following specification - (1) Pump - Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA pre-qualified reputed make HSC/Multistage centrifugal pump sets with Bronze / SS impeller, SS shaft and CI pump casing as per relevant IS /HIS standards having Discharge 26 lps at Total head - 80 M , Speed -1500 RPM or below with an efficiency not less than 70% , Suction- Negative with suitable types base plate , coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolts and nuts etc. complete including providing suitable concrete foundation including cost of material etc. complete. (2) Motor - Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA prequalified reputed make horizontal solid shaft foot mounted TEFC , squirrel cage induction motor with copper windings with kW rating and speed suitable for the above pump working on 3 phase , 415V , 50 Hz AC supply, efficiency class IE2 or above. (3) Starter- Supply erection testing and commissioning of suitable rating soft starter suitable for the above pumpset with all relevant protections for the motor & soft starter unit especially against over voltage, under voltage, single phasing, overload , undercurrent etc with suitable motor protection relay of reputed make and bypass contactor for the soft starter etc. complete. (4) Panel board - Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of cubical type wall/floor mounted MS fabricated dust and vermin proof common control panel board consisting of 1 No. suitable capacity MCCB as incomer and 1 No of suitable capacity MCCB as outgoing & 1 No as spare with mechanical interlock between the same providing suitable size Aluminium bus bar to interconnect the above MCCBs and fitted with 9 Nos of indicator lamps, 1 no. volt meter with selector switch, 9 no. Ammeter with selector switch for measuring current in each phase etc. complete and provided with a common earth bus for the entire panel and inter connect with the MCCBs as per rules and code of practice. MCCBs shall have external trip facility. The panel shall be fitted on a common base frame on suitable foundation as per the direction of the departmental officers. (5). Cabling work - Supply, laying testing and commissioning of suitable size XLPE cables for giving electrical connections to panel board , from panel board to starter from starter to motor as per standards. (6). Earthing - Supply of all materials and providing suitable pipe /plate earthing and copper conductor and giving double earthing to motor, starter, panel board , cable glands etc. as per standards. (7). Capacitor - Supply, erection testing and commissioning of heavy duty APP capacitor for the motor to get a power factor above 0.95. Capacitor should be connected through capacitor duty contactor/isolator, and the capacitor shall confirm to IS 2834 (8).Valves and Pressure gauges - Supply, Erection and commissioning of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked KWA approved CI double flanged Sluice Valve & Non Return Valve , PN 1.6 , and 6 inch dia Glycerine filled Pressure Gauges with suitable Pressure range. Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support. In case of positive suction pumpsets sluice valve should be in suction as well as delivery side and a dismantling joint to be provided for easy repair works. (9) Suction and delivery pipe connection & erection of pumpsets - Supply and fitting of suitable size best quality MS pipe of shell thickness not less than 10 mm with anticorrosive painted for suction and delivery to be connected to the existing pumping main as per the direction of departmental officers . The pump and motor is to be assembled in proper alignment in a common base frame coupled together with flexible coupling. The same is to be erected in suitable concrete foundation. The contractor shall verify the Total head before quoting. The guarantee period is minimum five years with full replacement of above mentioned units. As per the order no. 9710/AE 15/2021/KWA Dtd 8-2-2023.Predelivery inspection at factory to be arranged by the contractor for the pumpsets rating 50HP and above.
