M & L for Cleaning of underground/ semi underground sump of various capacity through 7 stage mechanical tank cleaning process by 25 K galloninvolving the following seven stages of cleaning process complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (a) first stage is Draining out reserved water by opening drain out valve/ dewatering system. (b) Second stage is Removing all scale, dirt, mud inside the tank by using TERBACK G10 chemical and scrubbing the wall of tank all complete. (c) Third stage Cleaning inside surface of the tank with fresh water by high speed jet pump all complete. (d) Fourth stage is First bacteria screening for sterilisation by using TERBACK G5 a laboratory certified branded halogen compound, test certificate of TERBAC-G5 from government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilisation should be submitted to the office before using for sterilisation all complete. (e) Fifth stage is Cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner all complete. (f) Six stage is the second bacteria screening for sterlisation by using UV rays ejactor covering 360 degree with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria all complete. (g) Seven stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening for sterlisation by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBACK G65. Test certificate of terabac G65 for government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for sterilisation. Note : (1) The entire work should be carried out be TANKCLEAN process bt any franchises or M/s RAYS CLEANTECH or any other MES approved firm having equivalent technology, Company will submit government laboratory test certificate of terabac-G5, terabac-G65. (2) Entire T& P should be arranged by the contractor at their own. Only electric power & water shall be supplied by MES at the stipulated rate. (3) "Date of cleaning" should be written over the outer surface of tank by syntheticenamel paint with lettering not less than 100 mm height. Cost of the same is deemed inclusive in the quoted unit rate of cleaning of tank. the tank should be cleaned as per above said method with in the same day. (4) All the cleaning & sterilisation staffs should be under accidental insurance coverage.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repair and replacement of Cast Iron Air Valves with double air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of 100 mm dia bore and fixing up in Cast Iron Water supply mains of sizes complete all as specified and directed.
