Supply and lay DWC HDPE pipe 50 mm bore Heavy class, ISI Marked double wall corrugated for , Pumping of water ,cut to size and making the tubing for cable protection including cutting of road etc/cutting of PCC and making the good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) The insulation of DWC pipe should be of high that does not deteriorate with UV rays/ heavy sun rays/winter season etc.

Supply of Pump Operator (semi-skilled) for day to day operation of pump motor set & controlling valves in water supply line as well as in the Headers as & when required on 24x7 hours basis (For 1 Year) required to provide uniterrupted water supply by pump operator at the hospital & premises (Rate inclusive of Bonus, P.F., ESI, Tools & Plants) Lady Dufferin Victoria Hospital 3 No. Operator X 3 Shift X 365 Days = 3285 Man Day The Estimated rate has already been given (in Cell F14 of sheet 1 of BOQ) which is calculated considering prevailing minimum wages vide memo no. 04/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC Dated. 19/12/2025 of Labour Commissioner, Govt. of West Bengal & also considering contribution to E.P.F.,E.S.I. & Bonus to be made by the Agency vide memo no. 3790-F(Y) Dated 21.07.2014 of Joint Secretary, Finance (Audit) Department, Govt. of West Bengal icluding 18% GST and 1% L.W.Cess. Intending bidders are only required to quote the Service Charges in Percentage (%) rate (Higher) in Cell M14 of Sheet 1 of BOQ.
