Providing, lowering, laying and jointing in trenches, standard lengths HDPE ISI marked Pipes as per IS-4984: 1995 (amended upto date) with necessary jointing material like mechanical connectors, i.e. thread/ insert joint/ quick release coupler joint/ compression fitting joint or flanged joint and specials jointing pipe by electro fusion welding method, including all taxes , transportation and freight charges, inspection charges, loading/ unloading charges, stacking of pipes, including cost of labour and material, specials (Tee, bend etc.), satisfactory hydraulic testing, disinfection, commissioning etc. complete as per technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge of following class and diameter. (excluding earth work) . Note : Providing and fixing of all requisite specials as per drawing, design and layout are inclusive in RM measurement of the item and shall not be paid separately. Supply may be in coil or straight length in 6 M/12 M. -

Providing laying, jointing and testing in trenches (to level or grade) of 100mm dia pipes Medium class remaining welded of below diametre conforming to IS 1239-1990 (Part - I ) with latest upto date amendments of grade and wall thickness as specified below, suitable to withstand required hydraulic test pressure in randum length 4m-6m with plain ends compressed asbestos fibre jointing gaskets sheet not less than 3.00 mm in thickness as per IS 2712-1998. to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Survey of designated area and survey drawings of societies / colonies/ localities shall be provided by the contractor. installation of GI fittings like elbows, tees, unions, sockets, reducers, GI plugs,any other GI fittings, adopter for appliance valves & Anaconda, Domestic Adoptor, GI Sleeves, RCC Crimping Guard, Meter clamp & Pipe clamps etc. as required to complete the job including supply of all consumables like Teflon tape, soldering consumables, flux application and all other required material to complete the job. Excluding only Supply of GI pipes of all dia.,GI fittings, Isolation valve, appliance valve,brass adopter Anaconda, Meters,Regulators,Suraksha hose pipe with clamps,GI sleeves, & GI fittings which shall be issued by Owner as FIM.
