M&L for leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the new/old surfaces of existing exterior walls, parapet walls, chajjas, soffit of beams, columns etc. and applying Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd as approved by the GE or one coat of Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicryl 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (the surfaces after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified & directed. Notes (i) The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE. (ii) Painting shall be carried out in camouflage pattern as aprroved by the GE.

P/L water Profing Treatment As Per D.S.R. 22.50 617.05X0.735-453.53=450.00/Sqm

M&L for provn of water proofing roof treatment to non accessible /accesible RCC roof with APP modified membrane with non woven polyster reinforced wt not less than 3 Kg/Sqm of thickness not less than 3 mm having thermal; insulation with white or plain finish on upper side of membrane uniformely embedded during manufacturing process incl taking down existing treatment all as per following specifications:- (a) 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement applied over roof slab. After the plaster is cured the roof will be tested for water tightening by ponding with water for 72 Hrs for any seepage / leakages etc. if any seepage is oberved the rectification will be carried out by pressure grouting under the pressure of 5 Kg/Sqcm using cement based cement grout. After the surface is repired the slab will be tested for watertightness against before processing further treatments. (b) The surface of the roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths etc. over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matters such as fungus, mass, dust etc. by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain outlets the groove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment as pipes, chimney stacs etc. and other similar situations to ease up about corners. (c) Hot blown bitumen VG-10 as in primer conforming to IS : 3384-1965 @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (d) APP modified water proofing membrene as specified shall be laid by torch application method laid on hot bitumen 85/25 grade(bonding material) at the rate of 1.2 kg/sqm primer surface as per manufacturers instructions, The overlaps while torching shall be 100 mm in both directions(longititudinal and transverse directions). All overlap joints shall be sealed throughly by thermofusing both the membrene layers and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as monolithic layer. (e) All joints & changes in direction should be curved with cement morar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml per beg of cement and cured well before laying the membrane. (f) A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 of 100 mm x 100 mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of direction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners /junctions should be rounded.

Attending daily routine complaints for clearing all blockages in gully trap, floor trap, EWC, IWC, Kitchen sink and traps, WHB, P or S Traps etc cleaning of blockage by sucking by suction pumps etc including flushing and removing of grit, grease, sludge in entire Zone II area of MCEME. Clearing the sewage line between the overflowing Manholes, inspection chamber and from 1st manhole to branch sewer line, main sewer line, manholes of any size and depth and desludging completely including and and removal of foreign materials manually or mechanically or by way of any other suitable means and rodding with 6mm dia MS round bars / plain flexible Bamboo pieces tied with protective cushion / waste cloth on top till clearing the sewer lines between the blocked manholes and keeping the sewage line all time functional including periodical enspection using methods like manhole observation upto septic tank or central sewage treatment plant and / or soakage well complete (working in foul condition with taking suitable precautionary measures). The sludge obtained from the manholes and sewage line shall be removed and away from MD land.Note : Note 1 : Contractor will deploy 2 Nos sweeper and 3 Nos helper per day in the MES Office/ Complaint cell and they will report to the concerned JE / Engr-in-Charge daily at 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. In case of emergency, cleaning labour will attend work on sunday/ holiday also. Note 2 : If any of the sweeper / helper fails to report daily to the concerned authority, a sum of Rs. 827/- will be deducted per men/day from the payment of the contractor. Note 3 : The sweeper / helper will always be in posession of the cleaning tools like 6mm MS round bar / rod, plain flexible bamboo pieces and cleaning pump with wooden / PVC handle. The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of T & P for maintenance/ cleaning work. Note 4 : The sweeper / helper shall always be used hand glow, Mask and gum boot for working in foul condition and follow the necessary precautionary hygiene measures to prevent infections.

Providing electrical power connection of required kVA to STP & Lifting station site including drawal of electrical power line from the nearby APDCL Grid, setting up of required capacity Sub-Station, providing electrical control panel & metering unit etc. and obtaining necessary approval & load sanction from APDCL and payment of supervision & other charges to APDCL
