Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50 mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge.The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.For vertical surface two coats @ 0.70 kg per sqm per coat

Panel, EOT crane and other mechanical and electrical installation within raw water intake burge and clear pump house areas, sweeping and cleaning within raw water intake burge and clear pump house areas with switching On/Off of outdoor & indoor lighting including walkway etc for 16hours running of 75KW pumps and 22 hours running of remaining units as required and as per direction of EIC and maintaining day to day operation for keeping record in manual Log book for Pump running hours, water discharge measurement, Electricity consumption and other related WTP operational data, of Water Treatment Plant as per direction of EIC. Total number of operators = 8 nos.

Production of packaged drinking water on 8 hours per shift basis of R.O. based fully automatic drinking water bottling plant with an hourly Production capacity 3600 bottles of 1000 ml/500 ml at Chakchaka Bottling Plant in the District of CoochBehar, West bengal by providing sufficient skilled machine operator for pet Blowing machine (1 No.), Rinsing, filling, capping machine (1 No.), labelling machine & batch code machine (1 No.), shrink wrapping machine (1 No.), water treatment plant (1 No.), High pressure Compressor, Low pressure Compressor, Chiller and Cooling tower (1 No.). Assistant operator for despatch of finished product to ware house (1 No.), skilled person for Stock keeping aranging of finished product at ware house upto delivery point and data report generation through automation system (1 No.) Security guard (1 No.) per shift including providing necessary personnel for guarding arrangement round the clock. The Agency will provide sufficient man power for smooth operation security of the bottling plant as directed by E.I.C. This does not include any spares and raw materials for operation and maintenance of the bottling plant. (w.e.f. 01/07/2026 to 30/06/2027)

Material and labour for Water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WC's etc shall be as under :- (a) Application of Two component Acrylic modified cementitious coating (i) The surfaces to be applied shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil, surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance, existing coatings and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from laitance and any other form of surface contamination. The installation instructions in manufacturer’s published literature should be strictly complied with, including but not limited to the following :- (ii) Chipping out any visible cracks in “V-Groove” pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/ Dr Fixit 302 SBR latex / Perma latex SBR / FOSROC Nitabond SBR latex / Asian Paints latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vacuum pressure if required. (iii) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of application of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal – 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO. (iv) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (S.S.D), apply one coat of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal – 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer’s instructions. (v) Apply Glass Fabric Sheet of Sika Fab 1 / FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP whilst the first coat is wet. (vi) Once touch dry, apply second coat of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal – 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer’s instructions on the entire area. (vii) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 Hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat.
