M&L for Chipping of slab/columns/beams/chajjas/ parapet and removing loose mortar with chisel hammer without much impact concrete and cleaning the exposed reinforcement with wire brush and sand blasting the surface using river sand with minimum of 6 Kg pressure at the nozzle end by mechnical compressor and proiding zinc rich primer at the rate of 5 Sqm/Ltr with Shaliprime zn R to reinforcement as per manufacturers instructions and including all scaffolding, machinery, tools tackles and men, materials and clearing of debries complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Shaliprime zn R of STP or equivalent brand in Fosroc/Dr. Fixit.
