Floor Leveling (3mm thick) : Providing and applying 2 part water dispersed epoxy resin primer sikafloor (R)-80 epocem primer or equivalent make like Fosroc/BASF/STP etc. Followed by applying temporary moitsturer barrier technology based three part self smoothing underlay screed sikafloor 8.1 epocem or equivalent make like Fosroc/BASF/STP etc to a thickness of 2mm having carbon dioxide diffusion coefficient 1782 as per Klopfer Engel fried method, water absorption co-efficient uH20 + 177 as per DIN 52615, Water absorption co-efficient W = 0.06kg/m2as per SN EN 1062-3, Compressive strength 55 N/Sqmm after 28 days as per ASTM C 579, Flexural strength 10 N/Sqmm after 28 days as per EN 196, when applied at minimum 3 mm thickness it can be laid over high moisture content substate when substrate moisture is more than 4%

Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5 : 1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water) for the treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks, tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structures like basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystallie mortar shall conform to the EN 1504- 3 having compressive strength Class R4 ≥45 MPa and adhesive bond strength Class R3 ≥1.5 MPa. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.

Water proof treatment on roof top with APP (Ataxic Poly Propylene) modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, minimum weight not less than 3.0 Kg/ Sqm, not less than 3.0mm thick, centre core is sandwiched on both sides by high quality polymeric mix with properties of high softening point, high heat resistance and cold resistivity to make it ideal for all water proofing treatment, with polymeric mix protection on both sides with 20 micron HMHDPE film, laid over one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384, applied @0.40 Kg/ Sqm and one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade, conforming to IS:702, applied @1.20Kg/ Sqm on prepared surfaces of roof, overlap should be not less than 150mm at ends and 75mm at sides, joints and overlaps uniformly bounded with LPG torch flame including applying of one coat of semi hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade, @1.20 Kg Sqm and fine screened sand in dry condition @0.50 Kg/ Sqm after laying the membrane, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing treatment shall be done on prepared plaster surfaces of roof top.
