Water Treatment & STP Tenders

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floor with the following course of treatment/ specification: (i) Cleaning top surface of floors /slabs and laying 50 mm thick (avg) PCC of grade M10 (Nominal mix) , mixed with WPC as per manufactrrer's instruction laid in slope 1:20 towards spouts including coveting corners (ii) 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on sides mixed with WPC as pe rmanufacturer's instruction. (iii) Applying 1st layer of slurry @ 0.488 kg / sqm mixed wth acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.253 kg /sqm. This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4 hrs. (iv) Applying 2nd layer of slurry @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with accrylic based polymer modified cementenous compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs.(v) Applying a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 penetration @ 1.50 kg/sqm on plastered and concrete surfaces (vi) Providing 150 micron thick polyutethene paint in two coats (each of 75 micron) measured dry on dry surface over a coat of PU primer including preparation. (Make of PU primer - Dek guard EP -302 of M/S Fosroc or equivalant approved brand. Make of PU paint - Dek guard PU or equivalant approved brand. (vii) 2 Nos 32mm bore GI medium grade 450mm long spout, to be provided through external wall to drainout accumulated water. (viii) Sunken floor shall be tested for water tighness by filling water for 72 hrs before and after treatment work is carried out and ensure that no leakage /seepage exists (ix) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean concrete of grade M7.5 stone agreegate. Note: The top floor area of WC/Bath shall only be measured and paid.

The work shall be executed as per HPIPH specifications, CPHEEO manual with latest amendments on sewerage and sewage treatment, relevant IS codes and to the entire specification of the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No-1 But capacity 160 KVA Main STP and Main Pump House

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description and in any position including PCC padding any thickness and cleaning, wire brushing, watering & removal of debris outside MOD land. NOTE :- Unit rate quoted shall also include for removal of PVC water storage tank and water pipe lines wherever existing carefully and refixing at the same or other position after completion of roof repair work

Complete removal of all existing roof treatment from RCC roof including old hussion felt & preparation of surface with bire brush and cleaning with water complete and M&L for water proofing treatment on non approachable / non accessible roof surface horizontal and vertical surfaces in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Brushing neat cement slurry @ 3Kg per Sqm on roof slab. (b) 15 mm thick cement plaster fair finished using cement mortar (1:4) with WPC on roof slab. (c) Applying oil based bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm on plastered surface. (d) Applying modified APP polymeric membrane 3mm thick and minimum weight 3.00 Kg / Sqm for water proofing of roof , sealing as directed at site with 100 mm over laps as per manufacture's instruction. Note : Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
