Providing and mixing integral crystalline admixture for water proofing treatment to RCC structures like basement raft, retaining walls, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc. at the time of transporting of concrete into the drum of the ready-mix truck, using integral crystalline admixture @ 0.80% (minimum) to the weight of cement content per cubic meter of concrete) or higher as recommended by the manufacturer’s specification in reinforced cement concrete at site of work. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R- 2010 i.e. by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90%, compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure. The crystalline admixture shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.

M&L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/Bath & toilet etc executed in following stages:- Stage 1: Providing 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) mixed with water proofing chemical of Dr.Fixit or Shalicrete 'R' of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per manufacturer's instructions. State 2 : Primer-Mix Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (diluted with water in ratio 1:1) @ 250 gms/sqm and apply the primer on the plastered surfaces. Stage 3 : Application of 1st coat of Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (without dilution with water) @ 1Kg/Sqm by brush all as per manufactuer's instructions. Stage 4: Laying fyber glass cloth (weight not less than 50gram/ Sqm) over the 1st coat while the coated surface is still sticky. Stage 5: After 6 to 7 hours interval, apply second coat i.e. final coat of Tarfet LM of STP Ltd (without Dilution with water) @ 1kg/ Sqm by brush as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 6: Providing 10mm thick protective plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with STP No. 1 @ 250ml/50 Kg cement all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 7: Carryout ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. NOTES :- (i) Mode of measurement shall be actual area treated (floor and adjoining walls).

@ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.
