Water Treatment & STP Tenders

M&L water proofing treatment on roof and sunken portion of floor and vertical surfaces consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS- 3384:1986@ 0.30 Kg/Sqm including preparation of roof surfaces. (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm on plaster surface all as specified. (c) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non - woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/ Sqm) , duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of the 10cm and side laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacuture's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down complete existing water proofing treatment/brick tiles of any description over roof slabs / parapets etc including grass, trees treating with chemical and cleaning the surface and removal out side of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Taking down earthig strips and solar panel wires/ PVC Water Tanks of any size/ GI/CPVC/UPVC Pipe from roof and re-fixing on the same position after APP laying is deemed to be inclusive of rate quoted by the contractor.

Dismantling the 250KLD sewage treatment plant, removing screen chember ,Coarse bar screen, Fine bar screen,Oil & Grease chember servicing to the above dismantling equipment by taking proper shutdown of sewage treatment plant replacement of following systems. (a) Screen Chamber (GI) of size 3 m x 1.5 mx1 m (b) Coarse bar screen (c) Fine bar screen (d) Filling of Oil& Grease chamber as per technical specification Note : The servicing and stabilisation shall be performed by authorised STP vender or M/S ION EXCHANGE pvt ltd

M&L for preparation of plastered surfaces and applying primer @ 0.30/Kg per sqm and applying tack coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm laying 3.0mm thick polyster reinforced APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5kg/sqm 100 mm overlaps both longitudinally and transversely by torch bonding over coat of hot blown and one coat of bitumen based paint @1.20 ltr/sqm over APP membrane including removal of existing water proofing treamant on roof with plaster, sunken slabs, edges and vertical surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Water proofing treatment over Roof, wall, Chajjas, Balcony etc. with Engineer Plus 7 layer waterproofing system at leakage, seepage area consisting of Surface preparation roughening of surface, opening of cracks in V groove in size of 5 mm to 10 mm width, Back filling of cracks with SBR Latex, 2 layer Spraying Mixture of Aquasil-99 and Aquaprime-99 (Take 20 liter clean water+ 1 liter Engineer Plus Aquasil-99 + 2 liter. Engineer Plus Aquaprime-99 in proportion 20:1:2 This solution should not sprayed over more than 40 sqm area, 3rd Laying 90GSM fiber glass mesh with proper overlap, 4th coat of brushable mortar prepared with Engineer Plus Aquaprime-99, water & cement (Aquaprime -99 @ 0.45 kg per sqm, water @0.45 kg per sqm & cement @0.68 kg per sqm.) in the proportion of 1:1:1.5 by weight, After 4th coat allow the coating to air cure for minimum four hours, after 4 hours interval apply, 2 coat of Flexicoat-99 mixed with Water (Flexicoat-99 @0.33 kg/sqm, water @0.66 Kg per Sqm) in the proportion of 1:2 by weight in 4 hours interval. After 6th coat allow the coating to air cure for minimum 4 hours. After 4 hours interval apply, 7th coat of Engineer Plus smartcoat-99 (Smartcoat-99 @ 0.45 Ltr/sqm & water @ 1.35Ltr/sqm in the proportion of 1:3). The surface will dry within 2 hours and surface would be fully water proof and usable after a period of 24 hours and the final appearance of the coating will be gray/milky white.
