M&L for providing complete water proofing roof treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane, Aqua flex manufactured by M/s Bengal Bitumen, MULTIPLAS STANDARD, manufactured by STP TEXAS Ltd/ Hyperplas manufactured by IWL Ltd having 10 years guarantee for water tightness complete all as specified and described as under:- (a) M&L for preparation of RCC roof surface and applying one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2Kg/Sqm over a coat of polymeric primer @ 0.30 Kg/sqm including cleaning surface all as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for water proofing with 3 mm thick APP polymeric proofing membrane of 3Kg/Sqm HYPERPLAS STANDARD/ MULTIPLAS STANDARD consisting of 100 micron HMHDPE film centre core including coating the surface with compatible primer and torch application of membrane with 10cm overlaps as required thereof, complete all as specified and directed (c) M&L for aluminium bituminous paint @0.15 Kg/Sqm shall be applied over the APP membrane surface. NOTE :- The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed only through authorised applicator certified by Manufacturer's.
