Supply of treated water with minimum specified parameters mentioned in Appendix-5A from Sewage Treatment Plant with the capacity output installed / constructed by using the municipal sewage provided free of cost for twelve years of concession period from the various locations of 1. Inside Bapu Dham Housing Complex: 250 KLD, 2. At Horticulture Nursery NDMC opposite INA Metro Station: 500 KLD, 3. At island existing at the intersection of Rajendra Prasad Road & Ashoka Road: 500 KLD., 4. At Bharti Nagar Sewerage Pumping Station: 500 KLD, 5. At Nehru Park: 500 KLD. (Schedule of quantity is for 12 years)

Operation, routine maintenance and periodic servicing of the above mentioned 3 MLD (sequential batch reactor technology) sewage treatment plant for one year ( after completion of stabilization period) at Maharshi Dayanand University. The O&M period can be extended further for one year or more based on satisfactory handling/ operation of STP complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge..

Cleaning and clearing the premises and Maintenance of the garden in the Sewage Treatment plant, Sewage pump House in RCHW colony and Sewage Deploying 3 labours per day. The rate shall be inclusive of wages and Employee's Contribution of ESI & PF components. Minimum 3 Nos. Unskilled Category.

Experience with Government / Semi- Government / PSUs for the works completed during the last 7 years in India, ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited: ―Similar Completed Works means experience of Design, Detailed Engineering, Procuring, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of Sewage / Effluent Treatment Plants on SBR technology (Cyclic Activated Sludge Process) and same must be in operation Note: For consideration of previous STP/ETP project certificate, the concerned STP/ETP should be operating with outlet parameter of BOD,TSS,COD,TN,TP as ≤10,≤10,≤50, ≤10, ≤1 mg/l respectively
