Total station survey/DGPS of the project area, construction of level pillars at all important locations, soil investigation, designing (As per relevant seismic zone), supplying all materials, for construction of 7.00 MLD (with 2.25 peak factor) capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on SBR technology with 6.50 KLD Co-treatment, consisting of Inlet / Stilling Chamber, Primary Treatment Units, SBR Basins, Chlorine Contact Tank, Chlorination House , Sludge Sump & Pump House, Centrifuge, H.T. Substation, D.G. set house, S.B.R. air blower room, necessary Piping work with required Valves, MCC & Control building cum Laboratory, Laboratory Equipments with necessary glass wares and chemicals etc., Security cabin, Staff Quarter (3 nos. type B,with all doors, windows fixtures and plumbing fittings & approved painting complete) , construction of boundary wall (as per site condition upto plinth level and as per departmental type design above plinth level), fixing of 3.60 m wide main gate & 1.20 m wide wicket gate, Construction of road in STP campus and cc approach road, 300x300 mm size drain, Construction of Artificial Recharging of Ground water.Supply of all materials ,Construction of 250.00 SqM Administrative Building, ( including internal and external water supply, sewerage system internal and external, fixing of Gates, doors , windows, electrification and power wiring, supply of all electric items such as fan, Air Conditioner , bulb, etc and supply of Chairs , Tables for all rooms and earth filling upto plinth lable as per direction by Engineer Incharge,etc. complete in all respect),Provision of Lighting in campus, land ecapping, leveling, dressing for development of STP/IPS works site and horticulture in campus as per direction of Engineer-in- charge including all materials, labour T&P etc complete.The desired treated effluent parameters are BOD10 mg/l, COD50 mg/l, TSS20mg/l, TN10 mg/l, TP (asp)1 mg/l and Fecal Coliforms 100 MPN/100 ml or as per latest CPHEEO / NMCG / CPCB / UPPCB guidelines / Hon`ble NGT order / directions, including 3 months Trial & run after successful testing and commissioning complete in all respect for this project. all as per Scope of Work and detailed specifications.

Plant Supervisor for satisfactory work for inspection and maintenance of STP & SPS

Survey, soil investigation, quantitative and qualitative testing, hydraulic and structural design/ drawing (including vetting from any renowned Engineering Institution) Supply of all labour, material,T&P etc and Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 7.50 mld Capacity With 9.00 KLD Co treatment including Pre- Treatment(Latest Independent Technology). The cost includes cost of suitable foundation, Inlet chamber, pre-Treatment units (including one stand-by unit), Primary/Secondary treatments, Disposal of treated sewage by gravity, Sludge thickening, Sludge dewatering. The STP shall be fully automatic based on PLC/ SCADA with real time remote monitoring system and Online effluent monitoring system with provision for access from state level Master Control Station having state of art turbo-blowers, inlet/outlet analysers, corrossion resistant (SS-316) motorised actuator operated gates. The STP shall also have flow meters installed at inlet, outlet and bypass, Level sensors, DO/PH/BOD/TSS Monitors in reactors,Inlet and outlet and other required instrumentations including IP based CCTV cameras installed at various location during construction and O&M period. The Cost also includes DG sets,Electric Substation, Transformers,Pumps and HT/LT/Control Panels, Laboratory, Store room, admin block, and other required buildings including toilet for labours and staff.The quality of treated effluent shall be as per CPHEEO Manual/NGT Norms for agricultural uses, which is PH-6.5 TO 8.3, SS-30 mg/l, Oil&Grease-10 mg/l, BOD 10mg/l, COD-30 mg/l, Residual chlorine-nil, TKN-10mg/l, NitrateN-10 mg/l, F.C.-230 MPN/100ml, Dissolved P-5mg/l (preferable2mg/l) or its latest ammendments. The STP shall be able to treat the sewage and cotreatment of raw sewage having concentration level as per the CPHEEO Manual. (Civil Works 60% and E&M Work 40%)

Monthly operational charges for operation and maintenance of STP & ETP, MBR system 500 KLD capacity at SJICR, Bengaluru. (Rate to be quoted inclusive of ESI, PF, GST etc) (Monthly operational charges for first year to be quoted) (Number of staff as mentioned in the bid document)

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc., in earth work in all type of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work Kankar, moorum shingles including decomposed soft and hard rock etc., up to all heights stacking the excavated earth not more 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required into plinth and sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth up to including all leads and lifts complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
